The traditional Istrian style is combined with a lovely decorated interior, featuring all necessary modern amenities in a home atmosphere, to fulfil all your needs. Villa Gramper accommodates a max of 6+2 guests.
It features 3 individually decorated comfortable double bedrooms, with an additional single bed in one of the rooms. The ground floor features a comfortable open plan living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen to cater for your needs. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor as well as a bathroom. The 1st floor features the remaining 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace. Here you can enjoy the view of the pool and the serene Istrian countryside :)
Besides the refreshing private pool, Villa Gramper's exterior features also a lovely green garden and a shaded outside dining area, where you can enjoy your family meals prepared on the BBQ. The villa offers shaded parking space for 3 cars and is equipped with WiFi.
The surroundings of the Istrian countryside will enchant you and give you a place to unwind from busy everyday life. However, as the villa is also just a short drive away from known tourist hot spots, it offers an opportunity for you to try out local restaurants & do some sightseeing as well. Just the right combination for Your unforgettable holiday - don't you think so :).
Villa Gramper is located in the small village of Kastelir, which is an ideal place if you want to explore what Istria has to offer! The villa is only 13 kilometres away from Porec, a town truly worth the visit. One of the city's trademarks is the Euphrasian Basilica, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997. The basilica is located in the city centre, and small picturesque streets that lead to it will enchant you. Porec is also known for its good restaurants, so we suggest taking a break and tasting some of the specialities of this area. If you are more interested in central Istria, then Motovun is the right place for you! Only half an hour's drive from the villa, Motovun is the right choice for a day trip. Visit the old town and the city walls, have a glass of Malvasia or Teran and enjoy the view of the valley in front of you! Villa Gramper located in a typical Istrian landscape is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Hallo, wir sind als 6 köpfige Familie hier im Urlaub und sind begeistert von dem Haus und Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Im Haus ist wirklich Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch am Pool und Grillhaus. Wir können die Villa Gramper nur weiterempfehlen.
