Elegant villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Gordana, located near the city of Porec, as well as near the Porec-surrounding beaches, is suitable for accommodating up to 8 persons. The upper floor is divided into 4 cozy bedrooms, each air-conditioned, and one with access to the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding.
Getting to the ground floor will bring you to the spacious and very elegant living room with a fireplace, that is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with a modern cooking island and some additional seats. The large glass surfaces in the dining area are enabling lots of natural light in the villa, but will also enable you an excellent view of the private pool, where you can enjoy on one of the sun loungers. The interior of this villa is very elegant and classy furnished and decorated, as well as very well equipped with all the amenities you might need so you can spend a truly relaxing holiday. Younger groups are not allowed in the villa.

Porec is a true tourist hot spot, where you can find all kinds of entertainment, from sports activities to restaurants bars and nightclubs, however, the city is mostly known for its rich cultural heritage. Porec is a former Roman colony that reached its peak during the reign of a Byzantine emperor Justinian. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica, built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and currently under the protection of UNESCO, is definitely a “must-see”. Watching the stunning sunset while enjoying a glass of local drink and bites of delicious local meat platters in the old city is definitely a thing to do here. On the other side, this part of Istria enables you to stay active, with its many jogging and cycling paths as well as various beaches along the coast. There are endless options to see and to do within just 50 km by car or by bike. Take the opportunity and visit one of the amazing places like Novigrad, Vrsar, Funtana, Umag, Rovinj, Pazin - each beautiful and different from others.

Eigentlich eine gute Villa an einer guter Lage. In wenigen Fahrminuten am Meer oder in Porec. Aktuell ist direkt daneben eine Baustelle. Es werden zwei Häuser gebaut. Wir hatten leider eine Woche lang Baulärm. Als wir dies Myistria gemeldet haben um zu sagen, dass man dies ruhig hätte vorinformieren dürfen und vielleicht 100 Euro als Gegenleistung zurückerstatten, wurden wir noch von den Besitzern so quasi als Lügner hingestellt. Diese gaben nämlich Myistria an, dass aktuell zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht gebaut werden dürfe. Weiter ist ein direkter Nachbar Schweisser von Beruf. Also muss mit Schweissgeräuschen tagsüber gelebt werden. Dies ist aber gut aushaltbar. In einem Schlafzimmer waren keine Vorhänge montiert. Somit konnte man dies nicht verdunkeln. Etwas mühsam wenn schon frühmorgens das Tageslicht blendet. Matratzenmässig ist dies halt immer so ein Thema. Einige schlafen wunderbar, andere hingegen nicht gut. Darum lasse ich es sein einen Kommentar über die Matratzen abzugeben. Die Sitzlounge ist leider zu klein für 8 Gäste. Auch ist diese nicht mehr wirklich bequem. Einige Pfannen müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Also: Lage, grösser der Villa, Poolgrösse ist sehr gut. Gar nicht gut ist, wenn man hingestellt wird, als würde man lügen. Wenn die Sitzlounge und einige Pfannen ersetzt werden sowie ein Vorhang montiert wird, ist es wirklich ein tolle Villa

danke für Ihre Bewertung. 

In Istrien gilt für fast alle Städte von Anfang Juli bis Anfang September Baustopp, allerdings hat jede Gemeinde auch ihre eigenen Regelungen diesbezüglich. 
Wie bereits während Ihres Aufenthaltes bestätigt, hat die Gastgeberin, die vor Ort anwesend war, keine größeren Bauarbeiten bemerkt. Es tut uns allerdings leid, falls es zu diesen doch gekommen ist. Laut den Fotos, die wir von den Eigentümern erhalten haben, gab es seit Mitte Juni keine schweren Baufahrzeuge mehr in der Nachbarschaft. 
Trotzdem hoffen wir, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Villa genossen haben. 

Was Ihre Anmerkungen zur Ausstattung angeht, haben wir diese gerne an die Eigentümer weitergeleitet. Laut den Eigentümern verfügt jedes Schlafzimmer über Vorhänge.  
Ferienvillen sind leider Verbrauchsgüter und Geschirr, Besteck u.Ä. wird in fast allen Villen nach der Saison größtenteils gegen Neues ausgetauscht. Wenn es nötig gewesen wäre, hätte dies die Gastgeberin auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes erledigen können, allerdings wurde Sie darüber nicht rechtzeitig informiert. 

Wir bedanken uns in jedem Fall für Ihr Feedback und hoffen, dass wir die Gelegenheit haben werden, Sie wieder in einer unseren Villen willkommen zu heißen. 

My Istria Team 
Nach stressiger Anfahrt hat uns ein wohltemperiertes Haus und ein super Pool erwartet. Alles war sehr sauber und entsprach zu 100 % der Internetbeschreibung. Der Pool wurde 1-mal in der Woche gereinigt, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und gründlich. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Villa Gordana. Wir können die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns nochmals für die nette Betreuung.
