This beautiful family villa is located in Porec, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. With a total of 168 square meters of living space, it offers room for up to 10 people and a lovingly furnished interior.
The two-story villa consists of an airy and bright ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, dining room, toilet, laundry room, and one bedroom. The other 3 double bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. If you like to spend your holiday in the sun, there is a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa, which invites you to refresh yourself. Just a few steps away there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen with an additional fridge, stove, coffee machine, toaster and even a dishwasher! Of course, the villa also has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for relaxed lunches and dinners. Villa Gaya is perfect for those looking for both a relaxing and active holiday. The villa has many sports facilities such as football, basketball, handball, table tennis, and a trampoline. Electric bicycles are available on request to discover and explore the wider area. The location of the villa itself is an ideal base for many day trips, but if you choose not to leave the area, small shops, bars, and restaurants are only a 2-minute drive away from the villa.
Pool/beach towels are not provided. Pool heating available upon request: in June and September free of charge; in July and August with an extra charge of 200€ per week - weather related temperature. 2 parking places

Villa Gaya is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, in one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic, the town of Porec. Porec is known for its dreamy narrow streets, numerous historical buildings, of which the most famous is the Euphrasius Basilica, which is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Apart from the cultural and historical buildings, Porec is especially known for its numerous pebble beaches, which are ideal for families with children. The villa is in a great location and is the perfect starting point for many day trips. We recommend that you visit other coastal towns such as Pula and Rovinj and the Brijuni National Park. All lovers of gastronomy must visit the hinterland of Istria, which offers many top restaurants serving delicious traditional specialities. If you would still like to completely relax, there is no need to leave your place of stay. All the necessary amenities such as cafés, shops, and restaurants are just a 2-minute drive away from Villa Gaya.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Gaya. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der Pool ist traumhaft und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
