The wonderful stone Villas Faturi Homes with private pool are located near the town of Porec and can accommodate up to 12 persons in 6 bedrooms. This is a larger version of two villas in our offer - Villa Faturi and Villa Irinea - which can also be rented separately by smaller groups.

The interior of the smaller, one-storey house located on this property is lovingly decorated and furnished with a charming sense of colours and comfort. You will be happy to spend peaceful nights in one of the two cosy bedrooms with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, are also at your disposal in this house.
The larger house is a modern stone house. The interior of the villa is designed with attention to detail.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a balcony with a view of the surrounding area.
The outdoor area features two private pools, amazing panoramic views and a carefully tended garden. The terraces overlooking the pool and the garden simply invite you to lie back in one of the deck chairs and relax. Here you can also enjoy a delicious meal al fresco. If you are keen on spending an active holiday, there are 3 bicycles at your disposal to discover the surroundings of the villa. Nearby you can find local farms, where you can buy goat cheese, eggs, fresh vegetables and similar local produce. Feel free to ask your host for more information. Gardening service takes place every Thursday.
The villas are located in peaceful countryside near the village of Kringa. Kringa is located in Central Istria, only five kilometres south of Tinjan, the second largest place in the municipality of Tinjan. On the territory of the village of Tinjan, there was once a settlement in the Iron Age, which later developed into a Roman fortress. In the wider surrounding area of the villa, you may find many hilltop towns. The beautiful landscape of this region is ideal for horse riding, cycling and walking. Nearby are the beautiful town of Porec and many enchanting Istrian beaches. There are also numerous historical sites and other sights to explore. From Porec, you can take a boat trip to Venice. Only 45 minutes from the villa is Pula, the largest city of Istria, and the Brijuni National Park. The location of the Faturi Home villas is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Central Istria.
