Villa with private pool & lovely garden near Porec

As the name indicates, lovely Villa Family Vacation offers just about everything you would need for a really laid-back and relaxing family vacation. Located near Porec and just a few kilometers away from the Porec-surrounding beaches, this property is set on an 1100 m2 large plot.
The villa, consisting of four bedrooms is ideal for accommodating 8 persons. On the ground floor, you will find the cozy and spacious living room, connected with the dining area and the kitchen. One bathroom can be found on the ground floor, while the remaining two are located on the upper floor, along with the four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed, while one has two separate beds. There are two large and enjoyable balconies accessible from the upper floor. The terrace in villa´s garden is the perfect spot to dine freshly prepared meals from the charcoal barbecue. The beautifully tended garden with lots of natural shadows is where you can truly relax. The private pool, sun loungers and the lovely covered lounge area right next to the pool are waiting for you.

Žbandaj is a quiet village just about 6 km from Poreč - the largest tourist spot in Istria. Shop and restaurants can be found within 500 m from the villa. Beaches are 7 km from Žbandaj and you can choose a beach of your choice around the Poreč area. Poreč tourism is more than the sea, sun and tourist image. The tourists can easily recognize the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries, and many valuable city palaces. The priceless city center, located on a small peninsula submerged in the sea. Its foundations were put in place during the time of the rule of the Roman Empire. From the property everything is located close by, you will find a small market-shop and a restaurant at 500 meters from the villa, while the closest beaches are only 7 km away.

A very pleasant relaxing stay. A big comfortable house with a private swimming pool. Peace and quite. For some action we drove to a number of small towns and beaches nearby- took us up to 10 minutes. Hosts are helpful.
