Villa Dvor is a former village property, dating from the 19th century.
It has been carefully restored and reconstructed according to the instructions of the Conservation Institute, and expanded with an additional new apartment wing.
Its 4 ensuite bedrooms equipped with exquisite oak wood floors and bathrooms with natural stone will enchant you. All the bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) have their own terrace. The Master bedroom is upstairs, has an open fireplace that adds a warm atmosphere to the room and is equipped with a jacuzzy in the ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the beautiful view of the hilltops of Central Istria from its own terrace, certainly is one more atribute to make it one of the main highlights of this authentic rustic villa.
The large fireplace gives a special accent to the living room, located on the ground floor. Here you will also find the entrance to the wine cellar, made within a live rock, into which you enter through a very attractive glazed opening in the floor.

The garden is exquisite, with its mostly mediterranean plants and 200 years old olive trees, and carefully tended to. Villa Dvor is situated in the western part of Central Istria, on the edge of the village Zuzici. Zuzici is not far from Visnjan, on the old road that used to connect Trieste (Italy) and Pula. The Villa is a 15min drive away from the sea, respectively the city of Porec, and a 5 min drive away from the highway exit. Višnjan is a small Istrian town situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests, and is located 3 km of Zuzici. Every last Thursday of the month there is a traditional open market held there, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Visnjan is a place of special interest to astrology lovers because of its internationally reputed Astronomical Observatory. As the tourist hotspot Porec is only a is just a short drive away, don't miss to visit the Euphrasian Basilica. It was built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and it's considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage where a massive city wall defies time and greets visitors from all over the world.
