The sun loungers next to the spacious private pool are waiting for you to relax and soak up the sun, just a few steps away from the nice outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your barbecue-prepared meals.
The interior of the villa is stylishly decorated, very bright and airy. The ground floor consists of one of the four bedrooms, a separate bathroom and an open-concept room divided into a fully equipped kitchen and the dining and living area. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, where you can also find a cozy balcony - the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee while overviewing the palm trees-surrounded pool.

The location of Villa Cvita Domenica is perfect, as it is a short walk away from the nearest restaurant, bar, and supermarket, and a few kilometers away from the old city of Porec - the tourist hot spot of the surrounding, with all its sport, gastronomical and fun amenities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal city. Sunsets in Porec are also something worth seeing. The nearest beach is approx. 10 km away from the villa. Since the coast is easily reachable by car, you have lots of different beaches to discover. The inland of this part of Istria offers many walking and cycling trails, as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and its cultural and gastronomical specificities.

Es war alles wunderbar. Die Buchung hat einwandfrei funktioniert, auch wenn wir sprichwörtlich last minute dran waren. Der Gastgeber war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Haus, samt Garten und Pool toll gepflegt und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!. Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Minuten ausserhalb von Porec, mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und gepflegt, es gibt keine störenden Baustellen oder Lärm irgendeiner Art. Unsere Kinder(2-12 Jahre) konnten den ganzen Tag rund um da Haus laufen und spielen und der Pool war groß und einfach herrlich. WIr können dieses Haus, den Vermieter und die Agentur wärmsten weiter empfehlen. Viel Spass!
