A gorgeous sunny villa with a spacious garden and a large 70m2 pool is the perfect place for a family getaway. This idyllic home is hidden in a village near Visnjan, surrounded by nature and cycle trails.
Whether you prefer relaxing in the sun, staying active on vacation, or both, villa Chantilly has it all. As soon as you approach this house it awakens relaxing and calming sensations, and by the first footstep, you will feel at home instantly. Entering the bright and airy space expect to be charmed by a view of the villas well-maintained garden and its large swimming pool. The ground floor open space consists of a cosy living room that is followed by a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. On the first floor, there is one further bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an adorable terrace with a garden view perfect for that first cup of morning tea or coffee. The villa is very warm, homey and captivating so we have to warn you, you might want to stay longer than planned!
The outdoor area is approached from a shaded terrace with another dining table where you can enjoy your juicy meals prepared on a stone BBQ. At any time you can take a long relaxing swim and enjoy the vacation you deserve on sun-beds while sipping your favourite beverage by the pool. If you feel like having a little family competition there is a volleyball, badminton and soccer court, table tennis and darts where you can show off your skills and have plenty of fun. Children will love it here too because the villa also offers a playground! There are bicycles at your disposal that you can use to enjoy the lovely surroundings of Visnjan. Look no further, as this idyllic home is just a booking away.
Bed linen are provided and changed once per week. For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen is changed on Saturday mornings. Baby cot available upon request. All bedrooms have A\C.
This wonderful sunny villa is in Visnjan, a millennial little town in Istria that is 12 kilometres east of Porec. Visnjan is specific for being an astronomical observatory - especially for monitoring and discovering asteroids. A lot of events considering astronomy, archaeology, marine biology events are held there as well. As the rest of Istria Visnjan is also known for olive growing, vine production and having plenty of lavender fields. You can see the rich Istrian agriculture while taking one of many bike trails. We would highly recommend visiting nearby cities like Porec, Motovun, Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Umag, Novigrad that are about an hour away. Istria is a great place for all food lovers in an authentic and traditional surroundings.

Wunderschöne Villa, top ausgestattet, mit großem gepflegtem Garten und sehr großem Pool, etwas abgelegen situiert.
Vo Ville Chantilly sme boli prvý krát a boli sme veľmi spokojní.
Villa je priestranná, s bohatou vnútornou aj vonkajšou výbavou, veľmi vkusne a pekne zariadená. Boli sme 2 týždne 6 dospelých a tri malé deti a nemali sme jeden problém. Veľké vďaka patrí aj pani Sandre, ktorá sa o villu perfektné stará. Určite odporúčame a aj my sa ešte vrátime.

Wir hatten den absoluten Traumurlaub in der Villa Chantilly !! Unfassbar schönes Haus mit allem was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden oder/und Familie wünscht!

Eight adults and one child had a wonderful week in Villa Chantilly this early September. Morning and evening sunshine was unforgettable! The villa is exactly as shown on the photos, comfortable (incl. beds) and well equipped throughout. We instantly felt welcome and at home. Our host, Sandra, was forthcoming and available for any assistance. The house is on the outskirts of a picturesque Istrian village, quiet but sufficiently close to the country road leading to Porec (approx. 15 min drive). There are many walking and cycling trails nearby. The swimming pool (not heated, so occasionally chilly on September mornings) is large and well maintained. Many sport activities available and toys for children. Given the opportunity, we would certainly come back to Villa Chantilly. Highly recommended!

Superbe villa,nous avons passé un très bon séjour,l accueil était parfait.
Nous avons énormément apprécié la piscine le jardin et les terrasses.

Wir (2 Familien und 1 Hund) verbrachten zu 8. eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Mann empfingen uns bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich. Der Kühlschrank war mit kalten Getränken gefüllt und unsere Kinder haben sich über die (selbstgebackenen) Kekse und Bonbons hergemacht. Die Gastgeberin war bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle, hat geholfen (z.B. mit einer Fahrradpumpe) und uns einmal Melone vorbeigebracht. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und der Garten sehr schön grün und geplegt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es gibt nur einen unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Das Volleyballfeld, die Tischtennisplatte, die Sportgeräte und die Fahrräder sorgten für eine willkommene Abwechslung.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreunschaft.
