Elegant villa with pool and nice garden in Visnjan

The pool stretches so you can enjoy the beautiful, greenery panorama of Istria's hinterland while unwinding on the sun lounger during your afternoon siesta.
In the well-kept garden, there is a grill and shaded outdoor dining room with plenty of space for dining together. When entering the villa you will get in the staircase area, leading you up to the bedrooms or to the basement which provides an entertainment area with darts, table tennis and table soccer. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen continuing to the cosy and trendy living room with the fireplace. Here you can also find 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed and extra bed for an additional guest or different sleeping possibilities. Rooms from the ground floor have direct access to the pool area so you can wake up looking to the clear blue water with the green trees in the background.
The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, both with classy en suite bathrooms, integrated in the room. Both rooms have access to the terrace with a nice view. All the bedrooms are very elegant with classy, carefully chosen details in a harmonious colour tone. The exposed wooden beams give a touch of rustic, but the modern vibe of this beautiful interior of Villa Carinzia will make you feel like your dream holiday in Istria is starting right!
In 2022 the villas offer was reinforced with an additional wellness area (on request with an additional charge). This is located in a separate building right next to the villa, which offers of a new 20m2 indoor, heated pool. The pool has both hydromassage benches, you can do some counter current swimming or relax under the waterfall. In the same area, there are also 2 saunas, a Finnish and a Turkish one, as well as a shower.
In the main house, the basement area was redecorated in a wine cellar, where you can try some liquid delicacies for good prices.
