Gorgeous villa with private pool in Istria

Villa Blueview Dianthus is located in Istria near the charming little town of Sveti Lovrec. The villa has a lovely private pool, set in an almost 1400 m2 large and beautifully tended garden.
This stone villa is dominantly decorated in a rustical style that ensures a cosy atmosphere. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the large covered outdoor terrace with a charcoal barbecue. The living room is separated from the kitchen and connected to the entertainment room where you will find a pool table. One bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom is also set on the ground floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each has a private bathroom as well. Two have even private balconies with a beautiful panoramic sea view, a perfect picture to wake up to. Villa Blueview Dianthus is perfect for family holidays in a relaxing atmosphere, yet close to the coast and medieval little towns inland. .
