The fully air-conditioned interior of Villa Anamarija is bright and open-plan. The stylish living area consists of a living and dining area as well as a well-equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, 2 chic bedrooms promise quiet nights and comfort - each with a double bed and a private bathroom. A balcony is the perfect place to retreat or to gaze at the starry sky in the evening.
If you do decide to leave the villa to explore, the nearest coastal towns, beaches and attractions are not too far away.
Villa Anamarija is located in an area that is constantly evolving, however, construction works are suspended from 01/07-01/09.
On the west coast of Istria near Porec is the place Tar, where you will find our beautiful villa Anamarija. All amenities such as restaurants, cafes and grocery stores can also be easily reached on foot. The nearest beach is only about 4km away. Other beaches and beautiful bays as well as the likeable coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad are best reached by car. The cities offer sightseeing, cultural events, fantastic restaurants with local specialties and a huge range of activities, such as water sports, boat trips, sports facilities... Posto assolutamente splendido, foto reali al 100%. Rimarrete incantati dalla villa e dalla piscina. Host molto cortese e disponibile. Avrete accesso a bella spiaggia vicina (5 minuti in auto). Ottima soluzione di vacanza, nessun problema da segnalare. Casa dotata di ogni comfort
Top Villa ,alles sehr gepflegt und sehr anspruchsvoll...Besitzer dieser Villa sind sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit...Also wir kommen sehr gerne wieder....

Rundherum einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus einfach genial eingerichtet. Das beste Bett ever… und das sind nur ein paar Vorzuge für dieses Haus. Die Aufzählung könnte man so weiterführen. Die Bilder entsprechen genau so wie es ist und besser.
Ein Traum! Wir kommen definitiv wieder, es stimmt alles! Die Vermieter sind super lieb und helfen wo Sie nur können! Ein Haus was alles erfüllt, nichts steht einem entspannten Urlaub im Weg! Die Gegend ist super schön und sehr ruhig gelegen, nah ist Porec dennoch und ist super schön! Wir waren das erste mal in Kroatien und werden wieder kommen! Danke für dieses tolle Haus und dann auch noch so Haustier gerecht, unser Hund ( Golden Retriever) hat es geliebt!
