Do you dream of a vacation in a beautiful villa in an idyllic small village in Istria, that is far away from mass tourism, but still gives you the possibility to reach larger places like Porec or Novigrad in a short time? Then Villa Allingas will make your dreams come true. This modern villa, which is surrounded by mild vineyards and olive fields, can accommodate up to eight people.
It has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of the spacious and stylishly furnished bedrooms are on the first floor, as is the spacious loggia, where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. On the ground floor, you will find the open concept living, dining and kitchen area as well as two further bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. It is obvious at first glance that this villa was furnished with great care and attention to detail. The colours and fabrics are in perfect harmony with each other and give the villa an aura of tranquillity and elegance. In the outdoor area, there is a spacious covered terrace and a 33 square meter big pool with a counter-current system, which will ensure a lot of fun for young and old. Should you feel like putting your culinary skills to the test and trying out some of the many regional delicacies, there is also a grill in the garden at your disposal. Another highlight of this beautiful villa is a charging station for electric cars that can be used free of charge. The property is also completely fenced and has two parking spaces. Villa Allingas is located in Markovac, which belongs to the Visnjan municipality. The small village was founded during Roman times and is now best known for its excellent wines. The first beach is around ten kilometres away and can be found in beautiful Porec. Here you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants and excursion options. The most famous sight of Porec is the Euphrasian Basilica and the complex of church buildings surrounding it. If you visit Porec, be sure to visit the main street, Decumanus Corso. This is not just the main shopping street and promenade, it is also the place where most of the historical buildings and sights can be found.

Sehr schönes neues Haus mit exzellenter Ausstattung. Die Lage etwas im Landesinneren fernab dem touristischen Getümmel ist sehr erholsam.
Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer . Wir haben den Weitblick jeden Morgen und Abemd genossen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.. Einfach perfekt.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage erlebt. Wir waren Pfingsten 2023 da und kommen gerne wieder. Ein großes Lob an den wirklich sehr netten Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus und sehr gepflegte Anlage inkl. großem Pool. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig; uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!
Ein tolles Haus, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Innenausstattung zeigt sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist sehr hochwertig. Wir werden bestimmt noch öfters buchen. Super der Empfang; es waren gleich Getränke vorhanden; nochmals herzlichen Dank.

ein wunderschönes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt. Alles - speziell auch die Küche - ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Wohlfühlfaktor in der Villa Allingas ist nicht zu toppen. Wir waren als Familie Pfingsten 2022 im Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Allingas im April war ein toller Urlaub sehr erholsam.
Die Lage und Ausstattung der Villa samt Pool und Garten wird allen Ansprüchen gerecht.
Sehr empfehlenswert lässt keine Wünsche offen.
