The penthouse is spread over 2 levels (duplex), with 4 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a study, 5 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a roof-top terrace. An outdoor staircase will take you to the pool area. There is an outside charcoal BBQ, suited for the preparation of al fresco meals, after a relaxing day of sunbathing next to the inviting private infinity pool. There are numerous spots at the villa where you can relax, whether sunbathing, swimming in the infinity pool while overlooking the Kvarner Bay, enjoying the magnificent sea views from the balconies and terraces.
