Villa Gioia is located near the town of Buje, not far from the towns of Novigrad and Umag. The modern design of the villa fascinates with its sight, not only from the outside but also on the inside. Outside you can enjoy the spacious pool and with your family and friends, you can also enjoy an attractive-looking stone grill next to the outdoor dining table. The interior design of Villa Gioia is characterized by smooth lines and discreet tones that make the interior particularly cosy. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, from which you enter the luxurious, fully equipped kitchen. In your spare time, you can also relax in the sauna and next to it you will find a room with the jacuzzi and the shower. On the same floor, there is also a toilet, a storage room and a laundry room. The villa has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one of which you will find on the ground floor, while the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. On the first floor, you will enjoy not only the cosiness of the beautiful bedrooms and modern designed bathrooms but also the breathtaking view of Motovun and the Bay of Novigrad, which extends from the balcony of one of the bedrooms.

Villa Gioia is located on the hilly slopes of the small town of Buje. In this town, you will enjoy not only the beautiful Istrian landscape, but also many attractions, through which you can get to know the history of this region, and the medieval castle is definitely a must. An indispensable part of Istrian culture is certainly the tasting of local products such as olive oil, honey, Istrian ham (pršut) and Istrian truffle. We also recommend a visit to the most famous Istrian medieval town of Motovun, whose sights will take you through history in the Romanesque period. However, if you decide to visit some of the larger towns, you will find Umag and Novigrad just 15 km away from Buje, which will delight you with their charm and their cultural offer. Novigrad will fascinate you with beautiful Romanesque churches, while Umag offers interesting Venetian houses and Baroque churches. For all sports enthusiasts, the rich Istrian nature offers a variety of bike paths and water attractions such as the Aquapark Istrilandia.
Wir haben 1 Woche in der Villa verbracht und sie ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Irena war immer sofort zur Stelle und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Tolle Ausstattung, viel Platz vor allem das große Rasenstück, ruhig gelegen und der Ausblick ist traumhaft.
Wenn wir etwas verbessern könnten dann die Sonnenliegen, die nicht verstellbar und etwas unbequem ohne Auflagen sind sowie evtl. einen Sonnenschirm.

It was a very nice experience. Villa is spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view. I specially appreciate that it is pet friendly. Our host, Mr. Anton was always available. I was just a little surprised with big telecommunication antenna very close in neighborhood. Also, I didn't expect quite a lot of traffic on the nearest road. We were looking forward to fireplace but it has never been used before and there was no wood for it as well as for outdoor grill. However, I can highly recommend it.

Wir haben Ende September für 9 Tage in der Villa Gioia gewohnt. Die Fotos in der Webseite zeigen die Villa wirklich und ehrlich, besonders die neuen Aufnahmen aus der Ferne sind super und man erkennt genau wo und wie die Villa liegt, Ehrlich gesagt waren wir während unseres Aufenthalts ziemlich begeistert. Die Villa ist sehr schön und sehr hochwertigen ausgestattet. Die Sicht der Villa ist grandios. Die Zimmer sind wie im Hotel ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, Klima, Fernseher und eine Minibar. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatte super viel platz. Die Villa ist aber für 8 Personen super geeignet. Der Swimmingpool liegt super schön und ist sehr groß. Leider hat die Villa nur eine verstellbare Liege und 4 eher unbequem Liegen. Die Beheizung des Pools hat leider in unserer Zeit auch nicht geklappt. Die Sauna ist sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen ausrechend. Der Jacuzzi ist super schön. Das ganze ist schon ein sehr schöner Wellness Bereich. Die Betreuerin Irena und auch Anton waren immer sofort zu erreichen, da wir leider immer wieder Probleme mit der Heizung und dem Warmen Wasser hatte. Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Trotzdem empfehle wir die sehr schöne Villa Gioia weiter.
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gioia. Every day we enjoyed the spectacular view over the hills and the sea. House and pool were very clean. We liked the modern and high quality style of the furniture inside. Buje is only 5 minutes away, there you can find all you need (bakery, cafe, supermarket), the beach can be reached within 20 minutes. Many restaurants can be found close to the villa (5-10 minutes away).
Gordana and Anton have been helpful at any time and reacted very promptly.
If there is a cloudy or rainy day villa Gioia offers a Sauna and a jacuzzi.

Villa Gioia provides the whole experience for the entire family or group of friends.
We were 2 adults with 3 differently aged children enjoying our time together in joint spaces as well as comfort and privacy in en suite rooms.
Dazzling sights of the green Istrian hills and Adriatic blue horizons are available from each room. Fully equipped with all-you-need kitchen utilities (e. g. ice maker) and facilities such as a spotlessly clean pool, Jacuzzi, sauna will satisfy all of your vacation needs. Super comfortable rooms, well designed and color balanced with the finest bedding.
Villa is situated near the most beautiful Istrian towns (Motovun, Groznjan) and 2 min drive from the finest restaurants (San Canzian hotel) and wineries (Clai, Kabola) which gives you plenty opportunities for joyful and tasty excursions.

Wir haben Ende Juni eine Woche bei der Villa Gioia übernachtet. Vor allem muss ich betonen, dass die Fotos in der Webseite richtig sind. Ehrlich gesagt waren wir während unseres Aufenthalts ziemlich begeistert. Die Villa ist sehr schön geplant und mit hochwertigen Sachen ausgerüstet. Jeden Tag haben wir die wunderschöne Sicht der Villa genossen. Alle Zimmer haben eigene Toilette, Dusche, Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Wir waren 8 Leute und niemand hat niemanden gestört, da alle Zimmer für persönliche Bedürfnisse ausreichend sind. Der Swimmingpool war sauber und von der Größe her genug zu genießen. Die Inhaberin Gordana und der Represant Anton waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Beiden haben unsere Fragen blitzschnell geantwortet. Ich empfehle sehr gerne die Villa Gioia weiter.
We stayed at Villa Gioia for a week at the end of June. Above all, I have to say that the photos on the website are correct. To be honest, we were very happy during our stay. The villa is beautifully planned and equipped with high-quality things. Every day we enjoyed the beautiful view of the villa. All rooms have their own toilet, shower, air conditioning and television. We were 8 people and nobody bothered anyone as all rooms are sufficient for personal needs. The swimming pool was clean and big enough to enjoy. The owner Gordana and the representative Anton were very helpful. They answered our questions as quick as possible. I highly recommend Villa Gioia.

Najbolji odmor ikad!
Savršena lokacija, mir i intimnost i blizina mora na 15 min autom.
Grožnjan na sat vremena šetnje nestvarnom cesticom.
Bazen sa pogledom na krajolik izvrstan i za plivanje ali i za djecu.
Užitak je večerati na terasi uz bazen ili popiti jutarnju kavu sa pogledom na Motovun.
Interijer kuće je ugodan i sve je vrhunski opremljeno!
Ljubazni domaćin, uvijek spreman na pomoć.
Vila Gioia stvarno opravdava svoje ime i pruža vrhunski užitak…
