Beautiful villa with private pool near Buzet

English (June 2022): A Villa with luxury flair. On one side the lovely piecefull place with panaromaview. On the other side a top interior. Every single room has its own bath in superior quality and air conditioner. The friendly and very helpfull owners reconstructed the building to a top level house with great details and love. The whole house is built in different halflevels with a lovely flair of old woods and stones. But not only the interior design is superb, it´s very clean and well constructed. Great! To the outside you find a beautifull terrace with outdoor sofa and a fantastic panorama view over the pool to the south. The pool itself is 150cm deep and has stairs to get into it. But that´s not all: the two owners removed the old barbecue area and built a complete outdoor kitchen with roof, refrigerator, toilet, stove, dishwasher, winecooler and fireplace for BBQ. That was the perfect idea. So you can live, cook and eat outside. We liked the outdoor kitchen so much, that we decided to stay there most of the time to cook and BBQ and not to go to restaurants. A toprating for a superb house and two charming owners!! Thank You so much!! German (Juni 2022): Eine Villa der Spitzenklasse in vielerlei Hinsicht. Zum einen die friedvolle herrliche Lage mit Panaromaview, dann die Top-Ausstattung. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in bester Qualität und moderner Klimaanlage. Auch die Architektur kann voll überzeugen. Die sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer haben das Haus mühevoll und vor allem mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail auf ein hohes Niveau hin restauriert und dabei Topmaterialien verwendet. Der gesamte Innenbereich des Gebäudes ist in mehreren Halbebenen angelegt, was der dadurch entstehenden komplexen Innenarchitektur unglaublich viel Flair verleiht. Alte erhaltene Balken und Nischen in den Steinmauern ergänzen das Ganze. Auch die Sauberkeit verdient höchste Anerkennung! Nach draußen hin eröffnet sich über die überdachte Terrasse und den sehr guten Pool (1,50 Meter tief und mit Treppe) eine enorme Panoramasicht nach Süden hin. Aber es geht noch besser: Die beiden Besitzer haben auf der Westseite des Gartens den Steingrill entfernt und eine komplett überdachte und 2-seitig geschützte Outdoorküche vom Feinsten hingebaut: mit Spülbecken, Spülmaschine, Toilette, Kühlschrank, Weinkühlschrank, Gasofen und Grillkamin, Man kann sein gesamtes Handeln und Tun nun nach draußen verlegen. Wir waren von der Outdoorküche dermaßen begeistert, dass wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes lieber dort gegrillt und gekocht haben, als irgendwelche Restaurants aufzusuchen. Von uns gibt es neben einem Toprating auch eine absolute Topempfehlung!!

Ein wunderbares Haus, das eigentlich nicht *** Sterne, sondern **** Sterne verdient. Die Lage ist einmalig. Etwas abseits, aber in ca. 20 Minuten ist man in Buzet. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geben auch wertvolle Tipps, wenn man will ( z.B. Trüffelsuche, Weinverkostung, etc.) Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Irmgard und Franz, Österreich

We stayed at Villa Garibaldi for one week in august, together with our 3 children (age 11, 14, 16). The house is spacious and nicely decorated, just as you can see on the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, grill, plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, ...). There is a separate toiletroom with washing machine. All things are provided (kitchen towels, tablets for dishwasher, products for insect extermination, ... , even mouthmasks and alcogel during this covid period). The garden is amazing, especially with the roofed terrace, from which you have a beautiful view, and the BBQ place. Both the house and garden are very well maintained. The house is very well located for visiting Motovun and other little villages. It is a bit further away from the coast but therefore also really calm and peaceful during the high season. We loved it! A special thanks to Branko and Antonio, they were really friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave lots of tips.

Sie suchen Ruhe? Wirklich Ruhe? Sie sind gern ungestört? Sie schätzen es, viel Platz um sich herum zu haben, im Haus und auf dem Grundstück? Sie lieben eine gepflegte Einrichtung? Sie haben es gern sauber? Dann sind sie in der Villa Garibaldi genau richtig! Auf dem Grundstück finden Sie Schatten und Sonne, man hört Hühner und Hunde und sonst ist es ruhig. Die Nachbarhäuser sind weit genug entfernt, so dass sie nicht stören. Das Haus ist komplett und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, alles ist blitzsauber. Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen der Realität, es ist nichts geschönt. Branko und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es kann ja mal passieren, dass ein Gerät nicht funktioniert, sofort sorgen sie für Ersatz bzw. holen umgehend einen Mechaniker. Man merkt, dass den beiden zufriedene Gäste ein Herzensanliegen sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren als 6 köpfige Familie Anfang Juli in der Villa Garibaldi. Der Hauseigentümer Branko hat uns sehr freundlich mit einer Flasche einheimischen Weins empfangen, uns das Haus gezeigt, uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben . Alles war piccobello sauber und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.. Es gibt einen backofen, einen Elektroherd, eine mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlgerät und alle Töpfe, Pfannem etc. Wir haben eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche in der Villa Garibaldi verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Natur und obwohl 1-2 Häuser in der Umgebung sind, sieht und hört man niemanden und ist völlig ungestört. Von der überdachten Terasse hat man eine Aussicht auf die umgenenden Hügelstädtchen.Im Garten blüht Lavendel und die Kinder haben den grossen Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We spent 2 weeks in the Villa Garibaldi with 2 kids in June. Everything was as perfect or much better ?: perfect house with a great roofed terrace (fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, separate air-condition in each room etc.), perfect garden with a nice barbecue, perfect pool and sun loungers. It was such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that we read some books, played football in the garden and enjoyed swimming in the pool. The street to the beach in Novigrad is well-developed to be there in short time. Furthermore we went hiking in the area around – very beautiful. Last but not least I want to say thank you to the owner Branko and his family. It was a pleasure to meet them and got all the tips (i.e. recommandation for nice beaches, restaurants and where to buy everything). Furthermore they invited us to eat some cherrys from the tree and take the salat from the garden. Thank you for everything! The kids already asked to come back next year.

We spent 1 week in September in this beautiful house. This is really a great and calm place with a nice atmosphere and great views. Branko is a nice guy and supported us in a great way. The quality of the house and furniture is really good as well as the kitchen equipment. This is a great place for relaxing, hiking and biking. We can warmly recommend the restaurant in Sovinjak. Great property, great location, great weather and great host (Branko and family). This is the ideal place to stay in a wonderful property set in the countryside with peaceful surroundings and great views.
