Modern villa with pool near the sea

Unkompliziertes Check in. Alles sehr gepflegt. Handtücher auf jedem Bett mit kleinen Pflegemitteln. Die Küche ist etwas mager eingerichtet wenn man eher selber kochen mag. Geschirrtücher hatten wir selber mit zum Glück. Es gibt nicht wie es in der Beschreibung steht eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine sondern eine Nespresso. Mann kann alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein super Urlaub.

Uns hat die Villa sehr gepflegt und sauber empfangen. Auf jeden Bett waren Handtücher, Duschgel und Shampoo liebevoll platziert. Wir waren drei Familien mit sechs Jugendlichen. Dadurch haben wir die Villa voll ausgelastet. Vom Platz war es auf jeden Fall passend. Da die Villa für 12 Personen ausgerichtet ist, wären auch 12 Liegen statt 6 gut gewesen ;) Leider fehlten in der Küche ein paar Gabeln, Löffel, Messer etc. für 12 Personen. Der Gartentisch war zu klein, wir haben den Tisch vom Essraum auf die Terrasse gestellt. Die Anlage hat einen sehr netten engagierten Hausmeister Matteo, dieser war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen. Dieser hilfsbereite Service rundet das ganze Haus ab. Wir haben drei Autos ohne Probleme dort untergebracht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da alle umliegenden Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen sind und sehr zu empfehlen sind. Das naheliegende Naturschutzgebiet ist auf jeden Fall auch einen Schnorchelausflug wert. Wir können das Haus und die Lage empfehlen, es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Ich kann mich der Bewertung meines Vorschreibers im großen und ganzen Anschließen. Die Villa ist neu, sehr gut gepflegt und liegt in einer Super Umgebung. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Strand würde ich jedoch mobil im Kap Kamenjak empfehlen. Bei den Möbeln und bei der Einrichtung wurde leider etwas gespart. Terrassentisch wirkt instabil und knarzt bei jeder Berührung. Espressomaschine ist die wohl günstigst verfügbare.. Eine Fernbedienung für alle Klimaanlagen ist auch nicht unbedingt optimal. Beim Parken hatten wir mit 2 großen Autos keine Probleme, obwohl es Zentimeter Arbeit ist.. Wieso trotzdem 5 Sterne? Weil wir in dieser Villa einen Traumurlaub hatten! Lebt man mit den Kleinigkeiten die nicht 100 prozentig passen und sieht auf die positiven Seiten, kann man einen Urlaub in dieser Villa genießen. Preislich muss man auch noch erwähnen, dass dieses Haus für 12 Schlafplätze ein Schnäppchen ist. Wir waren nur 6 Personen und hatten dadurch halt viel mehr Platz als benötigt.

The PROs: The villa is in a great spot - it is a quick 4-5 minute walk to stores/bakeries/restaurants in Premantura town and a 10-15 minute walk to a few beaches. The spot is quiet, no noise from the any neighbors, no business nearby. It is near the entrance to the Kamenjak National Park - highly recommend renting mountain bikes to fully enjoy this wonderful park - the main attraction in the area. The villa itself is great - modern & new, as described in the pictures, all rooms are airconditioned, there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The CONs: this villa is one of 3 similar / almost identical villas built next to each other, this one seems more cramped. Parking into the yard is a challenge, even with a single compact car (this does not seem to be a problem for the other villas that have more parking space). Parking outside is not possible as the driveway is shared/ belongs to the neighbor. The neighbor was apparently forced to allow cars access over his land and is rude and obnoxious to guests of this villa, even going as far as yelling at my teenagers for not closing the gate (?!). The villa had several issues when we checked in, but the manager did everything in their power to fix them as quickly as they could (the BBQ was missing a grill - the had to get one; the blow dryer was missing; the electricity was never wired correctly in one of the bedrooms; the power for pool lighting was not working). Be advised that they DO NOT provide grilling utensils - you are expected to bring your own (or I guess ideally buy them yourselves and leave them there for the other guests? I would expect to need my grilling utensils if I went camping, but a 500 euro per night villa should include this). Also, the listing claims there is a nespresso machine in the kitchen (and this was confirmed by MyIstria staff prior to our arrival); be advised, there is NO nespresso machine, just a regular espresso machine (so don't bring nespresso capsules!). You should also plan to get any detergent, sponges, paper towels and such yourself. They will only provide a single A/C remote for the entire house (you will need to use that single remote control for all 6 A/Cs in the 6 bedrooms). You will also need to bring your own beach/pool towels (this is mentioned in the description). The kitchen has a decent number of plates and utensils but glasses, pots and pans are scarce, so don't plan to do any major cooking there. The kitchen does not have an oven either. If you really need, and plan to use all 6 bedrooms then this villa is a great value as you will be able to fit 12 people here - just plan accordingly - if you are driving, just pack and bring all the extras you may need; If you are flying from another continent like we were, bringing all these extras will be cumbersome and costly. All in all - we loved Premantura, we may return, but would look for a different villa next time.
