On the lower ground floor you will find a small kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms. An entertainment room with a pool table, table football, PS5 and darts is waiting for you here! The villa owners wanted to make sure that you feel totally relaxed while staying there, so an infrared sauna with its own bathroom is also at your disposal. If you prefer to stay active on vacation, a fitness bike, an Orbitrek, a swedish ladder and an ergometer are at your disposal. The lower ground floor has is separate entrance. Going up, the ground floor consists of a large living area and a charming study room, where you can read, play the piano or simply relax while enjoying the view of the islands. There is also a large kitchen and a dining room on this floor. From the ground floor you can step directly on one of the terraces and simply breathe in the relaxing smell of pines and the Adria. The top floor is reserved for the remaining bedrooms. Here you will find a large master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as 2 further cosy bedrooms. Located right next to the villa is a lovely traditional tavern where the entire group can spend quality time together. This villa is truly one of a kind! .
