Villa 2M is an ideal place for those who want peace, quiet and direct contact with pristine nature, and at the same time want to have all the urban elements in a matter of minutes. The ambiance of the Biokovo architecture of the villa combines modern and traditional, while the interior brings a modern industrial design.
Villa 2M accommodates a max of 6+2 guests. in its 3 bright comfortable double bedrooms, designed with character and charm. 2 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of them having an ensuite bathroom and there is one additional bathroom. The ground floor offers a lovely designed wine bar with a small fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
The first floor hosts the remaining double bedroom, the main fully equipped kitchen & dining room, as well as a comfortable stylish living room, with a well equipped library of Croatian writers in English and German. There is also an additional bathroom.
The villa offers 4 terraces, ideal for your morning coffee or for enjoying your common meals prepared on the BBQ in the additional outdoor kitchen, while being mesmerised by the stunning view. The ground floor offers direct access to the garden & infinity pool, where you can spend your time enjoying nature and breathtaking sea views over the central Dalmatian islands while swimming. For those who like to be active during their holidays, there is a private Bocce ball court, where you can engage in & enjoy the traditional and most popular leisure activity of the locals :). The villa offers 4 parking spaces & is equipped with WiFi. Upon request at extra charge the villa offers: a cook, extra cleaning, food supply, transportation. The Mediterranean fragrances of a large garden filled with indigenous herbs completely fit into the environment as the property borders the Botanical Garden of Kotisina within the Nature Park of Biokovo.

Located above Makarska, at the top of the village of Kotisna, Villa 2M offers an amazing view of Brac, Hvar, Peljesac, but also on the slopes of the impressive Biokovo. The Mediterranean fragrances of a large garden filled with indigenous herbs completely fit into the environment as the property borders the Botanical Garden of Kotisina within the Nature Park of Biokovo. Kotisina is located in the area of the city of Makarska.
Running from Brela in the north to Gradac in the south, the Riviera is 60 kilometres long, with 16 coastal towns, intertwined with small and large coves and picturesque pebble beaches, such as the famous Punta Rata, Velika Duba and Nugla. It centres on the lively resort town of Makarska, with its lovely main square overlooked by the Baroque Church of St Mark and several elegant palazzi built by wealthy local merchants. Through summer Makarska’s main square is filled with open-air restaurants and cafés, while behind the church the daily open-air market sells fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Here is also the Franciscan monastery that houses the renowned shell museum. Along the harbour, overlooked by a beautiful palm-fringed promenade with trendy cafés, bars and boutiques, excursion boats offer one-day trips to the surrounding islands.
We had an absolutely amazing time at 2M Villa. The house is of really convincingly good quality, everything is properly done. Perfectly equipped, you have everything and more than you need. The pool is wonderful, slightly salty and just lying there all day, marvelling at the beautiful view over the sea is worth staying there.
The host was very welcoming and helpful with whatever question we could have had. Definitely all thumbs up for 2MVilla Makarska.
