The charming Villa Zatka Ad Naturam with private pool is located near the towns of Rabac and Labin. This two storey house can accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms.
The villa is surrounded by luxuriant flora, so you will definitely be charmed by its green surroundings and enjoy the beautiful view from the garden.
The interior design of this villa is bound to make you fall in love with it. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch in the wonderful living area with TV. This room is located next to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, where you can show off your cooking skills and prepare tasty meals for your family. The villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bathrooms with a shower. One of the bathrooms is located in the outdoor area next to the pool and the other on the ground floor.
During the day, you will surely want to spend most of your time swimming in the pool and simply relaxing. The covered outdoor dining area is perfect for treating yourself to a glass of a cold beverage over a candlelit dinner on a warm summer evening. Enjoy the evening breeze and the wonderful starry evening sky from the comfort of one of the sun loungers or the outdoor jacuzzi.
Villa Zatka Ad Naturam was rewarded with an Eco Domus certificate, which guarantees that the guests are staying in an eco-friendly villa. In order to get the certificate, the villa had to meet conditions such as using eco-friendly detergents and recycling. The idea of the project is to make Istria a “green region” and to limit the impact the villas have on the local environment.
Villa Zatka Ad Naturam is located in the small village of Zatka in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Popular tourist destinations of Labin and Rabac are located only a short drive away. Labin, a charming hilltop town, simply invites you to take a stroll through the lovely cobbled streets of its centre and enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many restaurants. Rabac is a small town best known for its beautiful beaches and a real must for all avid beachgoers. Those looking for peace and quiet will be happy to hear that the surroundings of the villa are perfect for walks in nature. If you would like to stay active on your holidays, there are numerous cycling routes nearby. This part of Istria gives you an opportunity to enjoy the amazing combination of mountain forest nature overlooking the blue Adriatic sea.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch die Eigentümer mit einen kühlen Erfrischung empfangen. Es gab zusätzlich Tips zum Einkauf und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles im Haus wurde erklärt. Dann haben wir wunderschöne erholsame 14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist liebevoll und mit viel Komfort eingerichtet. Auch mit 6 Personen bietet es genügend Platz.
Die Außenanlage läßt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht , ist hier genau richtig, mitten in der Natur .
