Modern family villa with pool near Rabac

This beautiful holiday villa is located in the small village of Rojnici near the tourist town of Rabac, on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Villa Toni has a total of three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa has an open plan ground floor consisting of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table and a cosy living room with a fireplace. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor area. A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find two more lovely decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In front of the house is an inviting pool area with sun loungers where you can relax while enjoying the warm summer breeze. Outside there is also a summer kitchen with a charcoal grill where you can prepare delicious meals for yourself and your friends and family. On the lawn next to the house is the children's playground. Villa Toni has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Family Villa Toni is located in a small village Rojnici, near the tourist town Rabac. Rabac is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula and is a popular tourist destination where you can find many different options such as restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Not far from Villa Toni is the Ucka Nature Park, where nature lovers can go hiking, climbing and cycling. After a pleasant day in nature, visit one of the many top restaurants and try traditional dishes such as ham and cheese, Istrian boskarin meat (beef) or fuzi with truffles. Spend sunny days at Duga uvala beach, 20 km away, or visit the main tourist centre of Pula. Pula is a beautiful historical town, known for the best-preserved amphitheatre Arena, but also many other tourist attractions. Restaurants and shops are located within 2 km from Villa Toni.

Wir haben im Mai 2022 drei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Toni verbracht. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr großzügig und hell. Die Sauna ist super und wurde von uns sehr oft genutzt. Schön ist auch die kostenlose Poolheizung. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt sodass unsere zwei Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten. Am meisten zu erwähnen ist Ivan. Er ist vor Ort für die Organisation zuständig. Egal welches Problem auftaucht er ist sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich umgehend darum. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Smjestaj u redu, lijepo je villa uredena medutim trazili smo drva za rostilj pa nam je voditelj rekao da si mozemo kupiti?!?! Ocito da smo i drva morali spakirat za sobom. Grijan bazen, a voda bila ledena jer su tek ukljucili grijanje na nas zahtjev po dolasku. Definitivno usluga nije na nivou. I nikad nismo dobili racun za smjestaj iako smo trazili.

hvala Vam za osvrt na vilu. Drago nam je da su Vam se sama vila i njeno uređenje svidjeli, no također nam je žao što ste bili razočarani navedenim nedostatcima. Ugljen za roštilj nije u ponudi, no može se kupiti na svakoj benzinskoj postaji. Također bismo htjeli napomenuti da je u našem oglasu navedeno da se grijanje bazena mora najaviti  unaprijed baš zato da bi se voda uspjela zagrijati do dolaska gostiju. Žao nam je što to niste učinili. Račun će Vam biti poslan poštom.
