Lovely stone villa with pool near Labin

The charming Villa Residence Viktor is located in the small town of Kranjci not far from Labin. The villa can accommodate a total of 6 guests in two bedrooms.
The villa is surrounded by nature and is a great choice for holidays with family and friends. The building is divided into a ground floor, which consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, and an upper floor with another bedroom and bathroom. An extra bed or a sofa bed is available for guests. In front of the villa is a private pool where you can cool off during the summer heat. The spacious and well-tended garden will certainly be a popular place to stay for the younger guests. There is also a swing that is sure to please. There is a dining table on the terrace where you can serve the delicious meal cooked on the grill that is at your disposal. Villa Residence Viktor is a great example of a traditional Istrian family house and you will definitely feel at home during your stay!.

Villa Residence Viktor is located in the small village of Kranjci not far from Labin. The small town is ideal for a relaxing holiday, but also the ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area. The Church of St. Flora was built in the 6th century and is a trademark of the place. The path of St. Flora is 3 km long and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Labin. The path leads through untouched nature and you will surely enjoy the fresh air and untouched nature. When you arrive in Labin, you should definitely visit the old town, which is located on a hill from which you will have an enchanting view of the coast and the Kvarner islands. Not far from Labin is the popular tourist centre Rabac. A small fishing village that has become a popular summer destination over time. Beautiful beaches, clear sea and an excellent gastronomic offer characterize the small town. Enjoy all the beauties of Istria and at the end of the day spend a relaxing evening in the beautiful villa Residence Viktor.
