Villa Oliva Vilea is a beautiful family villa located in St. Marina in the vicinity of Labin.
It is ideal for a perfect vacation with family and friends. The villa consists of 2 buildings connected by a terrace. Under the terrace is a wonderful 24 m2 pool, where you can find refreshment during the summer heat. Relax with refreshing drinks on the deckchairs by the pool. Prepare Istrian dishes on the grill in the covered outdoor kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table for 14 people. The youngest guests will have fun at the children's playground equipped with a slide, swings, and a climbing frame. On the ground floor of the first building of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room with 10 seats and a living room. On the first floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. On the second floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and television and will provide you with a well-deserved rest and peaceful sleep. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the terrace on the 1st floor of this facility which has a unique panoramic view of the beautiful blue sea. In the second building of the villa, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 4 people, a comfortable living room and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the second building of the villa, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and television. Sveta Marina is a picturesque coastal settlement south of Labin. Get to know the local population and the rich Istrian gastronomic offer.
