From the back, where the pool is located, you have a view of the mountain Učka, Plominska Gora and Čepićko polje, which were created on the territory of a dried lake and picturesque hills with Mediterranean vegetation. Villa Milena is a combination of tradition and modernity and offers comfort, quality equipment, and indoor and outdoor furniture that make it very special.
The surroundings of the villa are an oasis for the eyes: there are flowers and greenery everywhere. In the outdoor area, you will also find a summer kitchen, dining room and barbecue, which invites you to prepare delicious meals. While preparing the food, others can enjoy the additional activities this villa offers: Billiards, badminton, table tennis, and board games for children and adults, while the youngest can have fun in the indoor play corner. Those who want to be more active can use bicycles and explore the famous bike paths in the area. There is also an outdoor hot tub, a relaxation corner and a large terrace with a table and benches. The outdoor area of the villa is connected by a door to the second floor, where there is a kitchen, dining room and living room, bedroom and bathroom. The area where Villa Milena is located is ideal for an active vacation, where you can test your strength by cycling and hiking on popular routes. Adrenaline parks and diving centres in Krnica bay, which is located next to cycling and hiking trails, are a must for adrenaline lovers. The villa is located in a peaceful environment and is surrounded by beautiful Istrian countryside. In the famous towns of Rabac and Labin, you will find popular bays with beaches for swimming and sunbathing, or enjoy sightseeing in the towns known for their art ateliers at every corner. You can also spend your free time there with several activities such as tennis, golf, beach volleyball or water sports. One activity that cannot be missed is visiting wineries and tasting Istrian specialities with truffles and prosciutto - of course with a glass of the famous Istrian Mavazia while you are on your way to the magical wine trails.
Es ist ein wunderschönes, traditionell-modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem top gepflegten Pool und Garten, wunderschöner Aussicht auf Ucka-Gebirge, und einer Randlage eines netten Dörfchen mit einer zu empfehlenden Cafébar, wo man gut mit Einheimischen in Kontakt kommt. Uns fehlte es während des Aufenthaltes an gar nichts, auch weil die besonders herzlichen und fürsorglichen, aner zugleich auch total unaufdringlichen Eigentümer gleich nebenan wohnten und mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen und ein bisschen so unsichtbare Heinzelmännchen waren. Sie versorgten uns auch mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, und leckeren Speisen aus der Region sowie selbstgebackenem Kuchen.
Also das Haus und die freundlichen Eigentümer taugen sehr für ein gutes Zuhause auf Zeit! 100% Wiederholungsfaktor! Danke für alles!!!
