This lovely one-story villa, set on a 700 m2 large plot in the picturesque area of eastern Istria, near Labin and Rabac with its gorgeous pebble beaches. Villa Mila Zartinj is located in the same-named village Zartinj, offering peace and relaxation.
It can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort for all guests. The spacious open space living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen are bright and airy due to the large glass surfaces, also having direct access to the terrace with the refreshing private pool and cosy sun loungers. A dining table for al fresco dining and a gas grill are also on the terrace. Villa Mila Zartinj is perfectly made for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The nearest shops, restaurants, and cafes are located in Labin, while a short drive is needed to reach and discover lovely beaches.

Villa Mila Zartinj is named after the same-named small village in Istria, only approx. 4 km away from Labin. Labin is ta small hilltop town and also the historic and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is perfect for history and art enthusiasts, but also offers restaurants and bars with excellent local products. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination well known for its beautiful pebble beaches. During your stay, you should also visit small picturesque medieval towns in Central Istria. Not far away, but definitely worth a day trip!
