Experience the rural idyll of Istria - Villa Callista is located in a picturesque village called Ruzici, barely 12 km from the lovely fishing village of Rabac. It offers space for up to 8 people with 4 comfortable bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the inviting open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen. The furnishing is comfortable and at the same time modern. This level is completed by a guest WC and a cosy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the outdoor area. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor and all have access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rural surroundings that will make you forget the stresses and strains of everyday life. Can you imagine reading a nice book there or relaxing with a refreshing drink?
Outside, there is a large terrace with a dining table and charcoal barbecue and of course a pool surrounded by sun loungers and a Hollywood swing where you can relax. Villa Callista is located in the village Ruzici, in the middle of the magical hinterland of Istria, with a beautiful hilly landscape and untouched nature, ideal for hiking or cycling. Explore the hinterland and try Istria specialities like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija while on a trip on one of the wine routes. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers, ideal to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is known for its beautiful, natural beaches and good restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving centre at the wonderful bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. The nearest beach is 12 km away from the villa.

Wir sind einfach begeistert von Matea und ihren Eltern, sie kümmern sich immer sehr liebevoll um uns! Dieses Jahr war es unser erster Urlaub in der Villa Callista, die letzten Jahre waren wir immer in der Nachbarsvilla Althea…ich kann beide wärmsten Herzens empfehlen…die Lage ist mit diesen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Weite einfach unglaublich…beide Häuser liebevoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen! Mit dem Auto erreicht man gut die Supermärkte wie Lidl, Spar und co…Vielen Dank für unseren wie immer sehr tollen Sommerurlaub ♥️☀️
Ich war diesen September mit Freunden in der Villa Callista, um dort Urlaub zu machen.
Mein Feedback:
Das Haus ist total groß und sehr ruhig gelegen. Nicht nur die Sauberkeit der Villa, sondern auch die vielen Features (Gegenstromanlage im Pool, schöner Balkon, Volleyballnetz, Kühlschrank mit integriertem Eiswürfelspender, etc.) haben mir äußerst gut gefallen.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort.
Der Besuch der Villa Callista ist nur zu empfehlen!
