If you dream of a relaxing holiday in a traditional Istrian house close to the sea, Villa Azzurro will inspire you. Villa Azzurro is a 210-year-old renovated Istrian house.
This traditional stone villa is located in a quiet area away from populated areas. The villa is located on a spacious property that offers you peace and quiet to spend an unforgettable holiday with an enchanting sea view. In front of the villa, you will find a wonderful pool where you can cool off on hot summer days while enjoying breathtaking views of the amazing landscape and the sea. Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining table and grill.
A stylishly designed interior with great attention to detail will enchante you. Natural materials and a wide range of soft colours create a relaxing atmosphere.
On the ground floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. One room has access to the terrace with a pool, and the other room gives you access to a beautiful garden. On the first floor, you will find a wonderful living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful dining room as well as a toilet. On the second floor, there are two further comfortable bedrooms with their own elegantly furnished bathrooms.
You will never get bored at Villa Azzurro because there are billiards, table football and darts at your disposal.

Villa Azzurro is located in a small village Stanisovi near the town of Labin in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Only 5 km from the villa is the nearest beach in Koromacno, but you will also find numerous beautiful beaches along the Istrian coast. Istria offers many hiking and cycling routes. Go on a short excursion and explore the hidden beauties of this area. Istria is known for its delicacies such as truffles, olive oil and various fish specialities. Visit local restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy the wide gastronomic offer of Istria. Visit the town of Labin and feel the real Istrian atmosphere. If you are going to the other side of the peninsula, we recommend visiting the towns of Zminj, Vodnjan or Fazana. Don't miss a tour of the historic city of Pula. Visit the famous Roman amphitheatre Pula, but also other important sights. We definitely recommend a trip to the Ucka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.
Top Lage, tolles Haus, leider kein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse, bzw. nur improvisiert vom Top Hausbetreuer Patrick, dem nichts Zuviel ist. Tischgarnitur auf der Terrasse entspricht leider nicht dem Anspruch des Hauses, Sonnenschirme am Pool würden gut tun.
Ein bisschen mehr liebe zum Detail dann wäre es ein Traum.
Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub und sehr erholsam. Die Finca ist top gelegen und super ausgestattet, endlich mal ein haus wo die Klima auch funktioniert. Wir haben für 2 Wochen knapp 9.000 Euro bezahlt, hier würde ich als Eigentümer den Preis nochmal überdenken ;-), daher nur 4 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nicht zu dem Preis.
Das größte Lob gilt aber wohl Patrik, dem Hausverwalter !!!! 5 Sterne

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und mit dieser Lage ist alles perfekt. Der Verwalter Patrik ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Er hat uns bei vielen Dingen weitergeholfen.
Diese Villa verdient mehr als 5 Sterne!

Das alte Steinhaus ist wirklich toll und die Aussicht traumhaft.
Der Verwalter Patrick ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Alle Anliegen wurden super erledigt.
Einziges Manko: Die Sauberkeit in der Küche könnte verbessert werden.
Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.
Das Haus war ein absoluter Traum, angefangen von der Ausstattung, den Zimmern (jedes mit eigenem Bad) bis hin zum Pool inkl. Garten. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist der absolute Wahnsinn (trotz komplett uneinsichtigem Grundstück). Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Kräutergarten und Tomaten. Der Besitzer, Patrick, ist super nett und reinigt täglich das Pool! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eindeutige Empfehlung!
