This completely fenced villa will provide you with an intimate vacation without unwanted views. The starting point of a relaxing holiday is a beautiful pool of 32 m2, located in front of the villa. Fun for young and old is the trampoline next to the pool. Bring back the child in you and have fun for all family members on the trampoline. This one-story house has an open space with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a dining room for 4 people. After lunch, spend time in the air-conditioned living room with interesting content on television. In addition to the indoor dining room, the villa also has a closed outdoor dining room with 4 seats. Next to the seating area, there is also a charcoal grill where you can try your hand at preparing Istrian dishes that will surely amaze your loved ones. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds, television, air conditioners and private bathrooms. Villa Alison is perfect for 4 guests, but can also accommodate two children on the pull-out couch in the living room. The highlight of relaxation in the villa is the wellness area with a shower and a separate toilet located in a separate room. Enjoy the jacuzzi in a romantic atmosphere and relax in the relaxation zone where there is an infrared sauna. Villa Alison is located in a small village within the municipality of Nedešćine, a few kilometers from Labin and Rabac. Nature lovers will be delighted by the beautiful landscape that you can explore on numerous cycling and hiking trails. Let yourself be enchanted by the Istrian atmosphere, the local population and the gastronomic offer of Nedešćina. Taste autochthonous Istrian delicacies such as olive oil, prosciutto, cheese and the inevitable “Fuži” dish with truffles. In addition to Nedešćina, go on a trip to the tourist centers of Labin and Rabac. For adventurers, we recommend visiting the aqua park in Rabac or exploring the bay of Raša. Rabac and the entire eastern coast of Istria hide beautiful bays, capes and beaches that you can enjoy not far from Villa Alison. The medieval, charming town of Labin is ideal for lovers of history and culture. Don't miss exploring the rest of beautiful Istria. We recommend destinations for one-day trips in central Istria: Svetvinčenat, Motovun, while on the west coast visit Rovinj, Poreč and finally Medulin and Pula.
The price includes: VAT (if applicable), tourist tax and all as listed on the villa homepage.
Property damage security: A 500.00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
