A fantastic 32m2 pool forms the centre of the spacious exterior. Directly by the pool you can relax on one of the sun loungers and get your summer tan or relax on the covered terrace. The separate summer kitchen is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or two with freshly prepared local specialities with family and friends. During this time, the children can play in the garden. The interior is tastefully decorated, is bright and open. The living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area form an open living space. Three modern, cosy bedrooms with comfortable double beds promise restful nights. Each of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with a shower. There is also space for 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. Villa Aida offers you everything you need for your well-deserved vacation. Once you get there, you will find it difficult to leave the villa. And if you are still drawn to the distance, the next beach is not far and the towns of Labin and Rabac are also very easy to reach if you feel like going on a trip.

Villa Aida is located in the beautiful town of Labin on the east coast of Istria. Labin is the historical and administrative centre of Eastern Istria. With its rich cultural and architectural heritage, the area is a history and art lover's paradise. In the steep, winding streets of the old town, there are well-preserved historical palaces as well as numerous art galleries and studios. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The city has several excellent seafood restaurants with lots of local products on offer, as well as many cosy cafes, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort in Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, is surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear seas. Along the pristine coast, you will find quiet bays with gentle pebbles and rocks, surrounded by evergreen forests. With its numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing hikes, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions on which you can discover magical Istria.

Guten Tag, Wir waren im Zeitraum von 24.06.23 - 08.07.23 in der Villa Aida untergebracht. Das war unser zweiter Urlaub den wir über myistria.de gebucht haben, anders als bei unseren ersten Erfahrungen waren wir dieses Mal sehr erschrocken und unzufrieden über die Gegebenheiten und die Qualität Vorort. Die Villa ist in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Zustand. Wir haben uns eher gefühlt wie in einer 3* und nicht wie in einer 4* Villa. Anbei nur ein paar Beispiele für unseren Unmut: - Verkratzte, unhygienische und unbrauchbare Pfannen. - Gläser aus verkratztem und abgenutzten Plastik. - defekte Duschen welche nicht ablaufen, wodurch ständig das Bad unter Wasser stand. - teilweise zerrissene Bettwäsche und Handtücher - billigste und überwiegend beschädigte oder defekte Möbel (Küchenarbeitsplatte, Schränke, Loungemöbel im Pool Haus, Esstisch, Komoden,…) - die Ausstattung des „Spielplatzes“ ist sehr marode, das Trampolin ist beschädigt und birgt Verletzungsgefahren. - die auf den Bildern gezeigte Ausstattung hat teilweise gefehlt oder schlechter ausgestattet als abgebildet (Liegeschaukel, großer Ampelschirm, Couch,..). - ungepflegte Außenanlage, voll mit Unkraut, dieses zieht natürlich unzählige Bienen an weshalb das begehen mit unseren Babys unmöglich war. - knartschende Türen und Fußböden - der Fußboden um den Pool herum ist gerissen. Anstelle einem fachmännischen Untergrund wurde der Beton lediglich gestrichen. Vielen Dank
Wir haben im Juli 2022 mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder zwei Wochen in der Villa Aida verbringen dürfen und hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem wunderschönen Haus. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet (1 oder 2 zusätzliche Sonnenschirme wären gut) und mit 5 km Entfernung zur schönen Stadt Labin mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Spar;Konzum etc. ) , sehr guten Restaurants (Restaurant Kvarnar in der Altstadt und Restaurant Due Fratelli 0,5 km außerhalb Labin in Richtung Rabac) sind Pflichtprogramm. Wir kommen wieder und können speziell Familien mit Kindern die Villa Aida unbedingt empfehlen. Schönen Urlaub Uli
