Villa Travia consists of 4 charmingly furnished apartments that can accommodate up to 19 people - the perfect choice for large groups who still want to enjoy peace and privacy during their stay. On the spacious property, there is a large pool with an enchanting sea view.
The outside area also offers a grill and a dining table where you can enjoy your vacation with family and friends. The interior consists of 4 apartments. On the ground floor, there are two smaller apartments, each consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room as well as 1 bedroom and a bathroom. These apartments also have direct access to the terrace with a pool. On the first floor, there are two more apartments, each with a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, 3 nicely furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But that's not all! Each room gives you access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the summer atmosphere! This villa is located in a small village Veprinac near Opatija. Only 9 km from the villa is located the first beach in Icici and 11 km from the villa you will find the second nearest beach, in Opatija. The Kvarner region offers numerous beaches and bays where you can enjoy the natural beauty of this area. During your stay in Kvarner, you must definitely visit the historic town of Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist centre in Croatia whose history dates back to the 19th century when the dynasty Habsburg turned the city into a destination for noblemen. During your stay in Opatija, be sure to visit Villa Angiolina, which marks the beginning of tourism in this area. Take a stroll through the Park of St. Jacob or Park Angiolina, both built in the 19th century. Discover this area walking through Lungo Mare, a 12 km long and 100-year-old promenade along the coast that stretches from Lovran to Voloski. If you feel like going on a trip, the Ucka Nature Park is also nearby.

Tolle Anlage mit guter Aufteilung. Sauber und Hausherr war immer erreichbar. Abzüge für die etwas "verzwickte" Anfahrt zum Haus. Wir würden wieder buchen und empfehlen das Haus weiter.
