Amazing villa with pool on the island of Krk

Great house, great beds. I would recommend it to everyone, whenever I am on Krk I will choose this house. Beautiful garden, high level cleanliness, pacfull, close to the mall, large pool and sauna oasis complete the joy of relaxation, perfect!

Wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage mit Meerblick. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Unser Tipp wäre noch eine Lounge-Sitzgruppe beim Pool, dann wäre es perfekt :o) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber Seni. Aufgrund von Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück (wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann) wurde uns angeboten kostenlos zwei weitere Nächte zu bleiben. Sehr freundlich. Der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage überprüft. Die Sauberkarkeit das Hauses war ebenfalls hervorzuheben.

Wir haben vom 02.09.2018 - 09.09.2018 einen Kurzurlaub in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern (wurde erst vor ca. 2 Monaten fertig gestellt). Die Eigentümer sind ausserordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Sie sind jederzeit für einen da und haben uns die schönsten Strände sowie tolle Lokale empfohlen. Augestattet ist die Villa auf sehr hohem Niveau, absolutes 5 Sterne Niveau. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in knapp 3 Km in Krk - Stadt bzw. schon am Meer. Lidl hat nun auch auf Krk eine Filiale gebaut (Entfernung ca. 2,5 Km). Im Aussenbereich befindet sich auch eine kleine Outdoorküche (Gasgrill und Spülbecken). Für die nächste Saison planen die Eigentümer weitere Ausstattungsdetails wie eine Sauna, eine Wärmepumpe für den Pool, Waschmaschine. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. A beautiful, truly well designed, spacious 3-bed Villa, with 3 en-suite bathrooms, spacious kitchen-living room areas, and pool areas. The only mistake could be found at the entrance to the guest toilet (downstairs), where we were hitting our toes into a small step. But I'm sure the caretaker will be fixing that soon. The house is also well furnished, especially in the kitchen you will find everything you need + cleaning stuff etc. The caretake Sani is probably the politest and most helpful Croatian we found on the island, we really had a great time. Location may not be the best, but a short 5 min drive to the supermarket and the main city of Krk. Right next to the house is also a stone path thorugh the forest for anyone enjoying hiking. This is a NEW house, hence I would like to concentrate here on the few details that will help the owners make this a truly 5-star residence. 1. The house is missing a washing machine and a sound system i.e. a few speakers in the living room and pool area. 2. The wasps were a real nuisance, this can be easily fixed with the right spring treatment. 3. The biggest draw-back for us was lack of PRIVACY. The house is surrounded by other houses, but this is not necessarily a problem and could be easily fixed with a bit of planned gardening. All in all a pleasant experience, we highly recommend it.
