Lovely villa with private pool in Central Istria

Set on the outskirts of the medieval town of Pazin amidst the wooded hills of the picture-perfect Istrian countryside this minimalist villa is every inch the bold modern hideaway, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Inside the strikingly geometric structure, a series of restful spaces includes three cosy bedrooms, three meticulously appointed bathrooms, as well as a bright and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining area, all fitted out with high quality, comfortable furnishings that make guests instantly feel at home.
The giant, gallery-like patio doors open onto a chick paved terrace with a nice-sized private pool, surrounded by a beautiful, spacious garden with lots of leafy outdoor corners for lazing summer days away. A large, stone-built gazebo set away from the house boasts a built-in barbeque, sink and a cooking area along with a large dining table and seating for at least 10 guests. A perfect setting for those who relish the chance to enjoy al fresco meals amidst the soothing green surroundings.

This beautiful Villa Zaz is located in Central Istria, on heartland of breathtaking peninsula Istria. The Cave of Pazin and the Castle of Pazin, which inspired French writer Jules Verne for his novel “Mathias Sandorf", are just a short drive from Villa Zaz (3 km). The Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns which irresistibly remind of Tuscany or Provence. During your stay in Istria visit the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco heritage) in the Historic Centre of Poreč (30 km) and well preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula (45 km) or just enjoy on the nearest beach. While staying in Villa Zaz you can also enjoy local cuisine and a glass of good Istrian malvazija.

Hervorragend! Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Zaz sehr genossen. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist echt klasse und Igor ein toller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber
Ein Juwel! Stylische, moderne Villa , sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Top gepflegt durch die Eigentümer. Vielen Dank an Igor und seine Familie. Der Pool ist kühl erfrischend, die tolle Außenküche lässt das Leben im Süden draußen stattfinden, rund um das Haus wurden so viele einladende Plätzchen geschaffen, wir haben es einfach nur genossen! Und als Ausgangspunkt um ganz Istrien zur erkunden auch ideal. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
