The beautiful villa Vittorina is located in the picturesque village of Pusti, in central Istria. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
The villa looks like a medieval fortress surrounded by walls, which will provide you with privacy during your vacation. In front of the villa there is a refreshing pool of 36 m2. The outdoor area and the beautiful swimming pool will give you the feeling of a relaxing vacation in the Roman thermal baths. By the pool, spend time in the covered area drinking refreshing drinks or enjoy preparing traditional dishes on the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Experience the unforgettable Istrian atmosphere with friends and family in a covered area with eight seats. Have fun outdoors with sports games such as volleyball and badminton. The youngest guests will be delighted by the children's playground full of contents such as swings, slides and climbing frames. The villa has 2 outdoor areas, one directly in front of the villa, and another one across the access road, where the playground is located. The interior of the villa is a beautiful combination of traditional Istrian stone and modern design. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining room for preparing and enjoying Istrian meals. A spacious living room and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor of the villa. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms and a laundry room. On the second floor are two further bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms as well as a sauna where you can completely relax. All rooms have air conditioning and television and will provide you with the necessary rest and peaceful sleep.
Villa Vittorina is located in the village of Pusti in the municipality of Svetvincenat in the very center of Istria. Svetvinčenat will impress you with the Renaissance square "Placa" with the Morosini-Grimani castle, the symbol of the place itself and one of the most important fortresses of the Venetian army of that time in Istria. An important part of the cultural heritage of Svetvinčent are the preserved remains of wall frescoes in the church of St. Vincent near the city cemetery and in the church of St. Catherine. This special town attracts many visitors with its interesting and varied programs, the most famous of which are the Medieval Festival, the Cheese Festival, and the Dance and Non-Verbal Theater Festival. You will be amazed by the hospitality of the local population, rich traditional Istrian cuisine and extra virgin olive oil. The position of the village of Pusti in central Istria is ideal for visiting all the most important tourist centers in Istria, only 30 minutes away by car. Visit Rovinj, Poreč, Labin, Pula. In Rovinj, see the baroque church of St. Euphemia, while in Poreč, visit the Byzantine Euphrasian Basilica, included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Do not miss visiting the largest Istrian city of Pula, where you can see the Pula Arena, the Temple of Augustus, the Golden Gate and many other cultural and historical monuments.
