The exposed stone walls, pretty shutters and a cosy veranda with a built in barbecue, al fresco dining and lounge area offer a delightful first impression, while the interior more than lives up to its billing. Exquisitely designed throughout with a mix of high quality modern and vintage furnishings, eye-catching lighting and large French windows keeping the rooms particularly light and airy, the house has a warm, relaxing feeling encompassing both traditional and modern tastes. Dominating the ground floor is a beautiful, elongated room divided into living, dining and cooking areas with an elegantly designed fireplace and a comfy sofa to sink into and exchange stories of the day’s activities. One of the four exquisitely furnished bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, while the other three are distributed over the upper floor, all benefiting from having a flat screen TV and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. There is a pretty balcony on the first floor as well from where you can savour the fabulous views across the countryside. Situated just between the three charming little medieval towns of Žminj, Svetvinčenat and Kanfanar, this property could not be better designed and located for a holiday that combines lazy days of dolce far niente with sightseeing in some of the most beautiful areas of Istria. The picturesque medieval hilltop towns, traditional rural villages where time has stood still, and landscapes of unsurpassed beauty are ideal for scenic drives, cycling and walking. Mouth-watering traditional cuisine and world-class wine for which this region is renowned, add the final ingredients to a memorable holiday. Wherever you go, the local people will offer a wonderful warm welcome into this fascinating region. You can also buy groceries directly from the local producers. And if you are in the mood for some different kind of action, the crystal clear Adriatic Sea with its beautiful beaches, as well as the busy tourist hot spots are just a short drive away.
The villa itself is fantastic, fixtures and fittings or a high quality and the outside area is perfect for relaxed evening dining. To take full advantage of the location a car is a must as public transport is almost non existent. We stayed towards the end of Sept and the weather was great, prefect mid 20 degree temperatures but sadly the pool is without a heater which rendered it unusable as too cold. Rovinj is beautiful and about a 20-25min drive. The beaches are serene and the water crystal clear. If I was being uber critical I would like to see faster WiFi, more utensils more the kitchen and softer towels. The host contact Ivana was lovely and very responsive to questions for information. We would definitely go back which says it all.

Predivna i savršeno namještena vila! Sve je uredno i kvalitetno opremljeno. Domaćini ljubazni i na raspolaganju!
Vila se nalazi na lijepoj i sasvim mirnoj lokaciji, a parkiranje je moguće u dvoristu vile.
Veliki predivno uređeni vrt i uredan i čist bazen, velika, lijepa teresa sa roštiljem i udobnim namještajem.
Idealno za ljetovanje s djecom ili također za više osoba.
Ovu vilu možemo svakome preporučiti i opet ćemo rado doći.

Schöne Terrasse mit Grill und gemütlicher Sitzecke.
Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, oder für mehrere Personen.

Strávili sme úžasný dovolenkový pobyt v štýlovej vile na Istrii. Ideálne pre rodiny s deťmi. Vila čistá a zariadenie vkusné a kvalitné. Nádherné a tiché prostredie, lokalita vhodná aj pre turistov. V okolí množstvo historických a kultúrnych pamiatok. Veľmi príjemná pani hostiteľka.
Radi navštívime znova.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Villa . Traumhaft und idyllisch gelegen. Sehr zentral um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen.
Wir hatten traumhafte und entspannte 14 Tage in diesem wundervollen Haus. Alles war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
