Idyllic restored villa with private pool in Istria
Villa Soricevi Dvori consists of two semi-detached houses, that are rented together. The house is located on a 1000 m2 large plot and can accommodate up to 12 persons (4+2 per house).
The villa has a spacious garden with two tables for 6 people that can be put together for dining outdoors and two outdoor fireplaces. The highlight of the garden is the large private pool with sun umbrellas and sun loungers - perfect for relaxing! If you want to enjoy sports, there is a volleyball and badminton court in the garden. Children have their own area on the playground with swings and a slide. If you want to explore the surrounding on two wheels, there are 8 bicycles at your disposal. There is also a separate building in the garden where the wellness area is located. It consists of a nice indoor Jacuzzi, shower, deck chairs and a Finnish sauna. Regarding the interior, all rooms in the house are air-conditioned, furnished with shabby chic furniture and equipped with all necessary household appliances. On the ground floor, each of the semi-detached houses has a kitchen, a dining room with a table for 6 persons and a lovely living room with a fireplace. There is also a separate toilet in each house. In the first house, the inside staircase leads to the first and second floors where you will find two bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom that has a beautiful private terrace. The inside staircase in the second house leads to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. From the corridor on the first floor, you have access to the covered terrace. All 4 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a comfort that guests love to enjoy. If you dream of an idyllic family holiday in Istria, this is the right place for you.
Indoor jacuzzi & finnish sauna - is located in a separate building in the owner's yard which is connected to the yard of the villa.Volleyball & badminton field in the garden. Public basketball & mini football playground and boccia court is approx. 100 m away from the villa.

Villa Soricevi Dvori is located in Barat, a village on the slopes of the Lim valley and near Kanafanar. Surrounded by fields, olive groves, vineyards on the typical red earth and oak forests, Barat represents the ideal place for a holiday. At an altitude of 290 m, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides clean air and quietness. Barat is located in the southwestern part of the peninsula, close to the Istarski Ypsilon highway which will in less than half an hour get you to all major destinations in Istria- Pula, Porec, Rovinj, and others. Nearby Barat there is Dvigrad, ruins of an abandoned medieval city.

Wir haben uns in unserem 14-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt, Für unsere Ansprüche ließ die Villa keine Wünsche offen, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die extreme Ruhe trug maßgeblich zum sehr hohen Erholungswert bei. Auch die Fahrten zu unseren Strandtagen wie auch nach Rovinj und Porec waren unspektakulär, das Wetter in den 14 Tagen ein Traum.
Ein cooler Urlaub - nur zum Empfehlen.
Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrer Villa. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort ist sehr schön und auch die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett! Tolle und ruhige Lage. Auch das Meer und Rovinj ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben auch tolle Tips für Ausflüge erhalten. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
