The ground floor offers you a beautiful and spacious open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room and dining area, giving you everything you need for a perfect vacation. At your disposal are 3 double bedrooms which are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as an en-suite bathroom and a big comfortable shared shaded terrace. The villa has been built with local stone and natural materials. It is in complete harmony with the landscape and is adapted to traditional architecture. The exterior of the villa will leave you breathless. The villa also offers a jacuzzi that is for your exclusive use only. From the courtyards and the verandas of the house, one can enjoy the evenings and the starry sky as well as the splendid colours of magical sunsets. The Surroundings: Vila Sangermano is superbly positioned to enjoy the delights of privacy and tranquillity but also within easy travel distance of medieval towns such as Motovun (International Film festival), Hum - the smallest town in the world, Pula with its Roman amphitheatre built in the 1st century, Livade famous for truffles, Groznjan (Jazz festival, Extempore exhibition), Rovinj thermal spas and many other beautiful and charming places. From Porec, you can take a one-day boat trip to Venice. It is also perfectly positioned for easy access to the beautiful Istrian coastline with excellent beaches and fishing villages for wind-surfing, diving and so on. A great number of excellent restaurants can be found in all directions.

From the master bedroom you can access a large terrace. Two bedrooms have additional sofa beds (160cm wide) for extra capacity. Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. Baby cot available upon request.

Villa Sangermano kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Dorf, ganz ruhig gelegen. Voll eingezäuntes Grundstück. Hunde sind willkommen Hier kann man entspannen. Nach Vrsar, Poreč oder Rovinj ist man in ca. 20 - 30 min. Das Haus ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Schöne Terrasse. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden. Pool und Whirlpool super! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder!
Ein sehr schönes Haus, Toller Host. War alles sauber, Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. 3 große Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Zusatzliege in 2 Räumen. Genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Küchenbereich sehr großzügig, Sehr toller Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. Poolbillard-Tisch für die Abende. Nicht einsehbarer Pool der permanent zum baden einlädt. Liegen muss man nicht reservieren;-). Pool hervorragend. Pumpe fiel aus, baden war noch möglich. Am nächsten Tag war der "Pool-Guy" da und hat die Pumpe wieder aktiviert. Alles bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay at Villa Sangermano was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, you can really see the designer touch. It was nice to stay “in land/hill region” as with the high temps, there was normally a slight breeze and the nights cooled down a bit. Everything is a short drive away (20 min to 1 hour) for day adventures. The highlight for our two family group was the pool and beautiful terrace. Having all the amenities in the Villa, made the trip feel seamless. The house truly had everything.
If we had one recommendation it would be that the owners cleaned the pool , once or twice during the week. It was a lovely pool but did go a little green as the week progressed.
The “giant teddy bear” was a HUGE highlight for the kids. They named him Lou Lou (not sure why lol) but it was a fun photo opportunity and we think a picture of the bear should be on the website! A super fun addition for the kids!
I’d like to mention that this is our 2nd time booking through Myistria. It’s always been positive for us. They even recommended an in house caterer we have hired twice now, Marijana Tikel. She prepared a fabulous meal for us again at this Villa. Having an incredible local meal on this wonderful terrace, along with perfect sunset/ocean views was an affordable and lovely experience.

A really nice house in great surroundings. If you like the countryside the house is optimal. Plenty of space for two families and very nice with a bathroom attached to all bedrooms. The garden is well kept and the pool and bar area also nice.
Improvements we would suggest:
Better maintenance of the swimming pool. We have one day left right now and the bottom of the pool have turned partially green.
We have had trouble with the oven and other electrical appliances. Circuit breakers were tripping all the time. Quite annoying to prepare a dish and turn on the electricity 7 times.

Das Haus liegt und ist wunderschön. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und wir haben selten so viel Liebe zu Details erlebt und genossen. Matteo, der Eigentümer ist Innenarchitekt und das Hause wurde in zahlreichen Zeitschriften schon vorgestellt. Es gibt 2 - 3 gute Restaurants in der Nähe (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Betreuung durch Eigentümer und Ivan (Pool & Reinigung) waren ebenfalls gut.
Einziges Manko! Die Beleuchtung für Pool, Poolbar, Gartenbereich, Carport und Hauswand Gartenseite sind defekt. Diese sind wohl nach einem Gewitter im April beschädigt worden. Dies soll lt. Matteo bald repariert werden. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthaltes nur mit Kerzen draußen sitzen..
Das Haus ist wunderschön. In einem wunderschönen Mediteranen Toskana Stil. Sehr stilvoll und geschmacklich eingerichtet. Der Pool mit Jacuzzi wunderschön. Das Dorf ist abgelegen. Supermarkt ist aber nicht weit, ca 10 min. Die wunderschöne Stadt Rovinj ist ebenfalls nicht weit, ca. 30 Minuten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Es ist alles nicht weit zu fahren. Der Pool wurde auch mind. 2x in der Woche gereinigt/gepflegt. Großes Lob an den Poolboy.Eine Kritik ist die Sauberkeit. Es hätte bisschen mehr geputzt sein können (Putzfrau müssten selber Sachen auffallen, die gemacht werden müssen) und ein paar Reparaturarbeiten (Liegestühle, Schirme, einige Lampen defekt, Fernseher Schlafzimmer ging nicht) wären zu machen. Ein kompletter Rundgang im Haus und aussen von Putztrupp und Hausmeister, die alles mal checken, wäre zu empfehlen.Wir würden aber wieder kommen. Wirklich schön.

Villa ist schön, aber weit im Landesinneren. Dorf ist klein, der nächste Supermarkt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Nach Porec sind es ca. 30 Minuten. Anlagen gepflegt.
This s a great place to stay. The description and photos of the villa are in accordance with reality. The owner provided us an extraordinary service, Luka and Mladen were very helpful, nice and friendly. The house is clean, well-maintained and brand new. The architecture is great, very tasteful, with a emphasis to details. There is a lot of personal pieces around the house and pool. You have a real feeling of home away from home.
We would definitely recommmed this house to our friends or any fellow travelers.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. The villa was very well-maintained, clean and well equiped with everything we needed. The photos on the listing really do not do it justice and there is a lovely view across fields and trees.
The owner was friendly and polite and a phone call away if we needed him. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
The price includes: VAT (if applicable), tourist tax and all as listed on the villa homepage.
Property damage security: A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
