Modern villa with private pool in Central Istria

All rooms have a double bed, an en suite bathroom and are air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will find one more air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, as well as an additional bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room with TV and a sofa bed, which is connected with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. This entire area is air-conditioned. From the living room and the dining area you have access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. On the terrace there is a dining table, a barbecue and a lounge area. The pool with sun loungers is surrounded by a beautiful green garden. If you are looking for an activity, you can have fun playing table tennis by the pool. The guests who want to hide in the shade, can relax in the garden swing under the tree which overlooks the pool. In the lower part of the garden you will find a green oasis for our younger guests, who can enjoy on a swing set, or playing badminton, volleyball or football. Villa Samanta is fully fenced, has private parking for four cars (2 are gated, 2 are outside of the fence) and provides everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable family holiday.
