If you are looking for a villa to stay in during your dream vacation with your friends or family, but you want the flexibility of two separate spacious fully functional apartments, and a private pool in the garden, then Rotonda Lindar is the one you are looking for. In the garden, there is a large swimming pool that offers plenty of refreshment during hot summer days, with loungers around it so you can soak up as much sun as you wish, while you sip a cold drink and listen to your favourite music.
Near the pool area, adjoined to the house, you will find a covered dining area for 10 persons with a grill corner on your disposal, so start working on your BBQ skills so you can show off and prepare some amazing meals during your vacation. There are two apartments at your disposal, each one a fully-functional unit. In the first one, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, as well as an open plan living room, dining room and a kitchen. The second floor of the first apartment contains another bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The other apartment has two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, one is on the ground floor, the second one is on the first floor. There is an open space living room, a dining room and a kitchen on the first floor, as well as a small gallery and a balcony. There are many spots in and around this house that were purposely built for maximum relaxation. Places where you can forget about your daily troubles and have a vacation you deserve. Like a gallery where you can read your favourite book in peace, or the balcony which is perfect for that first cup of morning coffee or tea, while the day breaks over the surrounding area. While the sun sets over the villa you can sit and relax on the backyard swing while the sounds of peaceful nature wash over you.

Lindar is situated just a few short minutes by car outside of Pazin.
Pazin was always an important historical place, mainly because of its centralised position on the peninsula, and today it is an administrative centre of Istria. Today the city is stretched around the Pazin Castle, the largest and best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria, built in the year 983. Under the castle walls there lies the Pazin chasm where river Pazincica ends its run above the ground and continues like an underground stream. You can explore the chasm as there is a trail that leads to the bottom, and for those looking for an adrenaline rush, there is a zip line attraction running over the chasm. From Pazin, you can go on many day trips by car if you wish to, as the whole Istrian peninsula is well connected by major roads. It will take you somewhere about 30 to 45 minutes drive through the beautiful scenery to get to the cites of Motovun, Pula, Porec or Rovinj, all ancient towns with a rich history full of landmarks and interesting sites to explore.

A very nice and modern built villa near Pazin. The rooms are open and climated. The kitchens are well equiped and capable of providing enough space for cooking for 8 people. If one doesn‘t want to cook for themself, the nearby restaurant that is run by the very kind owners of the villa offers very good pizza and pasta. A great vacation and worth every buck.
We have stayed in this beautiful Villa in August 2021. It was an outstanding experience. The kids simply enjoyed the pool which is among bigger compared to similar villas. The apartments are equipped with high quality materials and equipment, with nice designer touch. The luxury filling is all around. We spent most of the time in the outside kitchen, which easily handled couple of bad weather days as well. And at the end, our big gratitude goes to the very helpful and nice owners, who made this perfect week even better. The holiday here is highly recommended ;)

Perfect Villa and very friendly owners!
We have been at Villa Rotonda Lindar in July 2021 and had a perfect stay. The rooms are fitted like high class hotel rooms, the pool is outstanding. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and have been outside more or less all the time. The owners who also own the neighborhood Pizza Restaurant have made our holidays easy and relaxing. Try their Pizza and Pasta when you are in Pazin, its delicious! Due to the unique layout of the apartments the kids and adults had their own sleeping and living area. All in all we can recommend this Villa without any hesitation. Located in the middle of Istria you will need a car to get to the shore, but in return you can get to any coast (West, Sout and East) in max. 45min.

Naš odmor u ovoj vili je bio fenomenalan i savršen. Nemamo nikakve kritike, kuća je sa puno ljubavi i ukusa namještena. Gazde su uvijek pristupni pošto stanuju pored vile. Imaju i restoran u kojem smo jeli jednu od naj boljih pizza do sada.
Sve u svemu se nažalost može samo pet zvjezdica dati...ja bih da mogu dala deset.
Nadam se da će opet biti prilike da gostujemo u ovoj kući.
Hvala gazdama za sve, a pogotovu za ovaj perfektni odmor.
Eine traumhafte Villa für Erholung/Urlaub. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben es sehr genossen, vor allem den Pool. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Villa ist sehr sauber. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Pizzeria daneben gehört auch dem Gastgeber und ich möchte behaupten das es eine von den besten Pizzen war die wir gegessen haben.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Rotonda war einfach traumhaft. Ein wunderschönes Haus, bei dem es einem an nichts fehlt, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und absolut bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
5 Sterne ⭐️ Absolut empfehlenswert. So macht Urlaub Spaß.
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Rotanda war wunderschön! Wir waren absolut begeistert von dem fantastischen Pool, den vielen gemütlichen Ruheplätzen, der Außenküche und der Gastfreundlichkeit der Besitzer.
Die Villa ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und ihren Großeltern in der Villa. Die 2 separaten Einheiten waren daher perfekt. Es war ein Trampolin im Garten und Tauchringe, Bälle... bereitgestellt. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet.
Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus, von wo man wunderbare Tagesausflüge in Istrien machen kann.
