Mesmerising renovated stone villa with pool

Villa Qualia is located in Srbinjak, a small village 4 km away from the medieval Villa Tinjan in the heart of Istria. Central Istria offers both culture and nature.
The Adriatic coast with it’s beautiful beaches is about a 20 km drive away from the villa. You can visit bigger coastal towns such as Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad, but Pazin, the town that used to be a one of the most important strongholds for the Habsburg Monarchy, is also not far away. The medieval fort is still preserved and can be visited nowdays. There is also a zip line that goes over the Pazin pit (Pazinska jama). A must-see ist also The Church of Holy Mary in Beram (located between Porec and Pazin) with the fresco titled Dance of the Death, dating back to 1474.
Central Istria is famous or its hilltop towns with great views and an amazing cuisine which you should not miss. If you are a nature lover you can enjoy hiking and walking or go on a gastro-bike tour.
