Great family villa with pool in Central Istria

Villa Francesca II is a first-class villa that offers everything for a perfect family holiday. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, of which 4 with double beds and two with two single beds each.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as 3 on the first floor. Another sleeping option can be found either in the living room on the ground floor or in the sports room on the first floor. There is also a modern living-dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a great view onto the pool area. Outside you will find a great pool, a charcoal barbecue, as well as a comfortable al fresco dining area for 14 persons. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 3 private parking spaces.

Sehr schöne Villa mit klasse Ausstattung und Ausrichtung. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Ein super Haus. Wir waren im August 2020 für 14 Tagen Gast in der Villa von Mario und Mariana. Die Betreuung war excellent. Jede Frage wurde zeitnah beantwortet und Sie waren immer für uns als Ansprechpartner greifbar. Einfach gesagt, es sind tolle Gastgeber! Die Villa liegt in Mitten der Hügellandschaft von Istrien und alle Bilder lt. Online Portal stimmen 1::1. Der Pool ist riesig und in einem Top Zustand. Das Haus ist ca. 5 Jahre alt und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus wird wöchentlich durch eine Firma gereiningt und die Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche wird getauscht. Was will man mehr. Die Städte Rovinj, Labin mit dem Badeort Rabac sowie Porec können wir als Reiseziel sehr empfehlen. Alle Ziele sind mit dem Auto in ca. 30-40 Minuten locker zu erreichen. In Zminji gibt es zwei große Einkaufsmärkte und sie bekommen alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Auch zu empfehlen ist die Ortschaft Svetvincenat ( 8 Km entfernt). Hier kann man gemütlich in den Restaurantes des Ortes sitzen und den Urlaub einfach genießen.
