Villa Cirka is a wonderful six-bedroom property in Central Istria that can accommodate 12 people from a family or group of friends.
The villa offers a beautiful outdoor space and an equally impressive interior space.
The outside area offers you the chance to unwind and cool down in the 36 m2 heated pool, relax on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink, and let the youngsters play table tennis while they enjoy their vacation. A charcoal barbecue, a covered outside eating area, and cozy garden furniture are all available for guests' use. They can also create wonderful homemade meals on the charcoal grill outside. Throughout the villa's two levels, both the interior and exterior are decorated with numerous wooden details and have a contemporary, homey style.
The main house has a great, roomy living room with a pool table and a kicker table, a modern, fully-stocked kitchen, and a dining room. One bedroom with a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom and a second toilet is located on the ground level of Villa Cirka's main residence. The villa is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi and also pet-friendly. There are four other elegant bedrooms on the first floor of Villa Cirka, each of which has a TV, air conditioning, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Two of these bedrooms have exits to balconies as well.
The pool house is an ideal place for searching an extra pinch of privacy because it is separate from the main house and contains one double-sized bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Villa Cirka is a fantastic place for special vacations with family and friends since it has loads of enjoyable features, a beautiful design, and a superb location.

In the Central Istrian village of Svetvincenat, you can find the lovely Villa Cirka. Vodnjan, Motovun, and Groznjan are some of the lovely and romantic towns worth a visit in this area.
Excellent restaurants and taverns with a wide selection of traditional foods just like homemade Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži), and Mediterranean home-made specialties may be found close to the villa. The beach town of Rovinj is not far from the property, while Pula, Istria's largest pearl, is located in the south of the region. Numerous attractions in Pula are well-known, just like the Roman amphitheater you should definitely visit. The next stop should be The Brijuni National Park if you want to explore the picturesque surroundings and enjoy nature and the animal world.

Property damage security: A 1000,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
