Spacious family villa with private pool near Pazin
If you are looking for a solitary villa for your holiday which is also surrounded by beautiful nature, Villa Brbon might be just what you are looking for.
This beautiful family villa is located in a quiet spot near Pazin, just one kilometre from a not very much frequented town road.
The ground floor of this spacious villa consists of a more traditional living area with beautiful earthy tones and a lovely bright country style kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to the traditionally styled tavern with a fireplace, a wooden table and benches. One bathroom is also located here.
Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two separate single beds. In all of the bedrooms, there is an A/C unit at your disposal and two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The third bathroom which is located here is not an ensuite bathroom. The outside area of Villa Brbon offers a beautiful private pool with sun loungers as well as a shaded outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The villa offers a lot of entertainment options with its rich offer: the owners built a 12 square meter wooden house which serves as a playroom. Here you will find table football, darts, a mini basketball corb for children and also darts for children.
Table tennis, trampoline and mini football goals are located in the outdoor area of the villa.
There are two waterfalls in the nearby vicinity of the villa: the bigger one Sopot and the smaller one Goloricki dol. Here you can find ducks enjoying the water, donkey families and goats, as the agrotourism where you can buy delicious homemade food is nearby. You can also enjoy the bike and roads and the small town of Gracisce is only 10min by car away. The neighbour of villa Brbon sells seasonal fruits and vegetables where you can pick the fruits yourself or have it delivered to the villa. The owner can give you more details upon your arrival at the villa.
When it rains, the nearby creek fills with water and adds to the relaxing ambience.
Villa Brbon actually consists of three floors, but only the ground floor and the first floor are being rented. The attic is closed and is not for rent. .
Villa Brbon is located in the settlement Krbune in Central Istria. The Pazin cave is only a short drive away from the villa. It is a legally protected natural speleological object that is not tourist regulated. Visiting is possible but in a non-invasive ecological way, with the opportunity to experience an unforgettable adventure through untouched nature.
Krbune is a small picturesque village full of interesting panoramic locations and monumental remains from the past. There are also numerous legends and myths related to Krbune, such as the legend that once upon a time gold was buried there, and has still not been found.
Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Brbon. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war perfekt und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, sodass man komplett ungestört ist. Dennoch lässt sich alles wunderbar mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa von Herzen weiterempfehlen uns kommen gerne wieder!
Wir hatten traumhafte Urlaubstage in der Villa Brbon. Die Lage ist perfekt um richtig zu entspannen. Wanderungen in der Umgebung sind absolut zu empfehlen. Auch um Istrien zu erkunden ist die Villa perfekt weil absolut zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Villa mit klimatisierten Zimmern und vier Bädern war genau richtig für uns. Am und im großen Pool ist alles da um sich abzukühlen oder auch einfach mal nur zu chillen. Für Kinder ist der Fußballplatz genau so schön wie das Klettergerüst mit Rutsche. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!
