The beautiful family villa Artsi is located in the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The fully fenced villa offers you an intimate holiday with family, friends and pets.
In front of the villa there is an impressive-heated pool of 50 m2. Enjoy sunbathing on the deckchairs or spend unforgettable gatherings by the pool in the covered area at a table with ten seats. Prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the grill for the whole family. Have fun outdoors with your loved ones with table football and table tennis. The youngest guests will be happy to spend time on the children's playground equipped with a slide. The interior of the villa is modernly decorated. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open area with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen where the whole family can participate in the preparation of meals, and a dining room with ten seats where you can spend time together. A separate toilet and the first bedroom with double beds and a private bathroom are located on the ground floor of the villa. The remaining four bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have TVs and air conditioners, ideal for a peaceful sleep and the desired rest. The bedrooms have access to the terrace of the villa, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink while admiring the beautiful view of untouched nature. Villa Artsi is located near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, in the village of Štokovci in the south of central Istria. Svetvinčenat will delight you with the Renaissance square "Placa" with the Morosini-Grimani castle, the symbol of the place itself. An important part of the cultural heritage of Svetvinčenat are the preserved remains of wall frescoes in the church of St. Vincent near the city cemetery and in the church of St. Catherine. This special town attracts visitors with interesting and varied local events; the most outstanding is the Medieval Festival, where you can try your hand at medieval games. You will be impressed by the hospitality of the local population, the rich traditional Istrian cuisine, and the extra virgin olive oil. Explore the beauty of this region on numerous cycling and hiking trails. Visit the main tourist centers of Istria: Rovinj, Poreč, Labin, Pula. In Rovinj, see the baroque church of St. Euphemia, while in Poreč, visit the Byzantine Euphrasian Basilica, included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Do not miss visiting the largest Istrian city, Pula, where you can see the Pula Arena, the Temple of Augustus, the Golden Gate and many other cultural and historical monuments. Finally, explore the Brijuni Archipelago with the famous Brijuni National Park.
