Lovingly restored stone villa with 2 private pools

Villa Lapis is a truly beautiful restored stone villa that preserved its traditional charm and successfully combined it with modern furniture. It is just the perfect romantic retreat for couples or a small family looking for quality and tranquillity.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen and dining area as well as a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The first floor houses 2 cosy double bedrooms that share a bathroom and there is a further living room on the second floor with direct access to the panoramic loggia offering breath taking views over the magical countryside. The villa is surrounded by nature and the beautiful outdoor space has been designed to ensure a lovely relaxing spot. Here you will find one bigger pool and one smaller hydromassage pool which can also serve as a pool for the children. On the plot above the pool you will find a lovely gazebo with an open view of the town Buzet and the surroundings. Enjoy your time at this beautiful villa relaxing by the inviting private pool. :).

Buzet is one of the medieval picturesque medieval towns in Istria known for olive an vine trails as well as gastronomic pleasures like the truffle and the Biska schnapps. The smallest town in Croatia, Hum, is located near Buzet. Every year local schnapps producers gather here and the best schnaps is chosen accompanied by poetry reading regarding…you guessed it…rakija! Sport lovers will also be able to choose from lots of activities from cycling and hiking to horseback riding, free climbing, spelology, fishing, tennis and paragliding.

Die wunderschön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, renovierte alte Steinvilla liegt direkt am Waldrand und fern ab des Alltagstrubels, sodass man sehr gut ausgeruht zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken aufbrechen oder einfach nur an den Pools chillen kann! Morgens den Kaffee auf der oberen Liegeterrasse mit freiem und grosszügigem Blick auf die kleine, bezaubernde und "verschlafene" Stadt Buzet im morgendlichen Nebel bei Sonnenaufgang geniessen, ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer kommt von Herzen und bei jedwelchen Fragen stehen sie mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir sind nicht das erste Mal und definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier in der Villa Lapis gewesen... Kurzum: Ein Haus an einem Ort in einer Lage mit einer Ausstattung zum Verlieben...
Fabulous villa with gorgeous views overlooking the hilltop town of Buzet. Our family (including 3 children) enjoyed the spacious pool area. Very peaceful. Great facilities including 2 pools (one suitable for toddlers), bbq area, outside shower, pool toilet, air conditioning in all rooms, plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. 5 minute drive to Buzet with restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended.
