This amazing villa located in Sutivan (Brac island) offers accommodation for 8 guests in 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, spread on the first floor.
Here you can also enjoy breakfast or coffee from the small balcony connected to the room or sunbathe on the sun deck with a view of the sea and if you need to cool down there are exterior steps leading directly to the pool. Next to the pool you can relax in the garden, on the sun loungers or use the charcoal grill. On the ground floor, you can find the amazing, spacious open concept living room connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Here you can spend a nice time together looking over to the garden and pool through the big glass doors which are opening up the room even more. The interior of the villa is decorated with a lot of care and beautiful details like paintings and design elements which make you feel the modern and luxurious vibe of the villa. If you want to stay fit, even during holidays, there is a little gym available with fitness equipment as well as 2 bicycles to explore the area. Brac is one of the sunniest islands in the Adria, as well as the third biggest of all the 1185 islands in Croatia. On this island, the highest peak Vidova gora is located in the southern part of the island. From here you can see the most famous, beautiful beach Zlatni rat (near Bol). Villa Petra is located in the little town Sutivan, just across Split (about20 km away), easily reachable via ferry. Sutivan is a charming place with natural beaches and a promenade along the sea, leading you through little bays, ideal if you are searching for your new favourite beaches. Visit other attractions of Brac island like the oil museum or the museum of Brac island located in Skrip. Skrip is also famous for quarries because the Brac stone is a well-known building material from which most of Dalmatia's sights were built (for example the Diocletian's Palace in Split). If you want to explore other islands, we can recommend the nearby island Solta or the sunny island Hvar.
Einfach nur wundervoll!!! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser perfekten Villa mit 1-A-Lage gehabt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Eigentümerin war auch super nett. Höchstwahrscheinlich kommen wir im kommenden Jahr wieder. Ich konnte zudem auch Geschäftspartner einladen und unser Netzwerk mit diesem Standort erweitern.
