I. SPORT MASSAGE
An unique therapy where the muscles and the ligaments are worked deeply. We apply different techniques such as
Deep tissue, Acupressure and Shiatsu stretching moves. By stimulating blood circulation we focus on treating muscle contractions and extended ligaments.

Duration of the visit: 1 hour and 15 minutes
Treatment: 50 minutes ( optional add-on may extend your treatment time) - Full body treatment or redefined per your request
II. RENEW ( Redefined relaxation)
Our
signature massage of the whole body will support your physical and emotional health. Blended with
Eastern massage techniques, each stroke is mindful and gentle. Allow warm,
herbal infused oils to liquify rigidity and soothe your nervous system. This session is an experience that redefines your own need of relaxation.

- Duration of the visit: 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Treatment: 60 minutes ( optional add-on may extend your treatment time) - Full body treatment or redefined per your request
III. ABDOMINAL MASSAGE
A treatment of the belly, womb including the whole lower back. A sequence of signature movements involves acupressure point release and gentle manipulation that
helps the digestive and reproductive system.
A deeply nurturing and grounding experience to tune into our body and to bring balance. Abdominal massage is the synthesis of
Maya Abdominal massage, Chi Nei Tsang and Shiatsu.

Massage of the abdomen and lumbar region

We are daughter and father, Klaudia and Klaudio who are inspired by their own daily work as a massage therapist and in honor of that decided to create an unique concept of offering In Villa treatments that will lead you to embrace a slower pace of life, without the usual mundane rush.
