Premantura/Cape Kamenjak

Premantura is a small place on the southern tip of the Istrien peninsula, close to the city of Pula. South of Premantura is Cape Kamenjak - a protected nature landscape with more than 30 km coastline, whose shores are bathed with emerald blue, cristal clear water inviting you for an almost tropical vacation. There are plenty of rocky beaches, as well as pebbly coves, which have been named as one of the top 10 beaches on the Mediterranean. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired. Sport lovers can enjoy diving, cycling, surfing, sailing, water skiing, football, beach volleyball, basketball etc.

The Brijuni islands

Northwest of Cape Kamenjak and Pula near the town of Fazana you will find Brijuni - a group of 14 small islands famous for their scenic beauty and a popular luxurious holiday resort as well as Croatian National Park. These beautiful islands with 1600 year old olive and holm oak trees, a golf course and safari park has been the synonym of luxury and comfort since the Romans ruled this part of Croatia. It is no wonder then that the islands have been frequently visited by many statesmen, famous actors, musicians, artists, scientists and other distinguished personalities. On Veliki Brijun (the biggest of the 14 islands) you will find plenty of immaculately tended parks and lawns as well as long promenades and tree alleys.

Zlatni rat beach

The Zlatni Rat beach is location ted on the southern coast of the island of Brac and presents a truly unique and unusual phenomenon. The ca. 1000m long pebbly beach changes it shape and position depending on which wind is blowing. It is possibly the most famous beach on the Adriatic Sea and one of the symbols of Croatian tourism. The beach is actually a protected landscape and one of the favourite surfing and kitesurfing places for tourist form the entire world.

Dugi otok

Dugi otok is a peculiar island, full of contrasts and the largest island in Central Dalmatia. It got its name after its length (dugi is Croatian for long) of 45 km. The island will take you on a unique ride where tradition meets the modern world. The coastline that faces the open sea is characterised by sharp contrasts: on one part there is the dreamlike Nature Park Telascica with steep and fascinating cliffs whereas on the other part of the island you can find beautiful beaches and calm coves. Make sure to visit the Sakarun beach with its white sand and clear, turquoise water, protected by a pine forest - ideal for a hot summer day refreshment even if you are traveling with small children. It has been declared as one of the 15 most beautiful beaches in the world and is popular known as Croatian Hawaii.

Island Silba

Silba island

The heavenly island Silba is ideal if you prefer more of a robinsonian vacation. It is only 15 square kilometres big and has a dingle settlement also named Silba. It is the northernmost island in the Zadar archipelago and is called the “gate of Dalmatia”. The island has a ban on automobiles all year round and even on bikes during summer. The island offers a handful of small beaches that can be reaches either by foot or boat as well as lots of forest - the island got its name after the copious amount of forests located on the island (the Roman word for forest is Silva).

Island Galesnjak

Galesnjak, also known as Lover´s Island and Island of Love, is a charming, mystical little heart shaped island located between the island Pasman and Turanj on mainland Croatia. The island is 0,132 squares kilometres big. The island is not inhabited, it is owned privately but is open for visitors and for every one who wants to experience complete calm and isolation. The island gt famous after it was featured by Google Earth in 2009 - there are only 3 heart shaped island in the world and Galesnjak is considered to have the most perfect heart shape of them all.

Island Proizd

Proizd is a small island right next to the island of Korcula, located only 4 sea miles away. The island is surrounded by clear, emerald blue sea and beautiful pebble beaches as well as magnificent coves. It is truly the pearl of Vela Luka with the whiteness of its beaches and turquoise sea that will surely not leave you indifferent.
