This charming stone villa might become your new favourite holiday destination. Villa Jelena is located in the area of Porec, near the lovely village of Vizinada.
It is decorated in a rustic style which crates the feeling of being at home. The Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and it is pet and family friendly.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. There are also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with fireplace at your disposal. In case you feel like organising a fun gaming night, there are some games that you can use. On the first floor you can find one more cozy bedroom and one bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
If you prefer spending time outside, this villa will not disappoint you. At any time you can enjoy the carefully tended, green garden with the private pool. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool, where you can relax completely by reading your favourite magazine or enjoying some amazing music. In case you feel like playing some table tennis, there are tennis balls and racquets available. And the best thing about it is that the table tennis table is shaded so you can play it even when it is sunny. Do you like the scent of lavender? There are lovely lavender bushes in the garden, which make Villa Jelena one calming oasis. You will find also a terrace with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue outside. This outdoor dining area offers an impressive view of the surrounding countryside which you can enjoy with a delicious meal or a glass of your favourite beverage. Villa is nested in a small village Baldasi, just a short drive away from the beautiful small medieval town of Vizinada. Vizinada is isolated from its bustle, but still integrated into all the events in the town. The centre of Vizinada can be also easily reached by biking along the Parenzana bike trail which is probably the most beautiful bike lane in Istria. If you visit Vizinada, you can witness one of the most beautiful views of the green and blue colours of Istria from the hill rising above the Mirna valley. A car is recommended. Beautiful beaches in Porec area are just a short drive away.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit toller gepflegtern Außenanlagen! Leider ist es innen total in die Jahre gekommen, die Abflüsse laufen alle nicht ab, sowohl an den Waschbecken, als auch in den Duschen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein totales, undichtes Billigmodell und muss ersetzt werden. Die Pfannen alle krumm und schief.
Das W-lan total schwach. Die Hauptsicherung fällt ständig runter, obwohl nur die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank liefen. Beim Aussenmobilliar ist nur der lange Holztisch super. Die Bänke ohne Lehne sehr unbequem, die 3 Holzstühle alle wackelig.
Die Liegenauflagen zu kurz, die Lehnen der liegen fast alle gebrochen und müssten erneuert werden. Wir haben sie erst mal mit Klebeband repariert. Es gab auch keinen Kescher für den Pool, was schade war.
Wir haben das bei Häusern dieser Preisklasse so noch nicht erlebt!
Wir waren mit unseren Hunden da, die Einzäunung war für unsere großen Hunde etwas niedrig. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, aber hier herrscht Erneuerungsbedarf.
Positiv erwähnen möchte ich, das Gastgeberin/Verwalterin sehr freundlich war und sich sehr bemühte wenn es ein Problem gab.
Super geräumiges Haus mit einer top Aussicht ins Hinterland.
Für kroatische Verhätnisse alles in Ordnung. ;-)
Der Tischtennistisch und die Poolliegen sind nur bedingt zu gebrauchen gewesen. -> Dies muss man erneuern!!
Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist nur von aussen zugänglich.
Leider hatten wir auch ein Problem mit dem Abwasser. Die Abwasserleitungen waren bei intensieverer Nutzung (Baden, Duschen, Abendtoilette) überfordert.
Insgesamt aber ein schöner Urlaub und eine nette Gastgeberin.

Zeer schone, nette en grote villa. Prachtig uitzicht en goede bedden. Bestek zou idd wat meer mogen zijn. Broodmes ontbrak. Verder een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Man kann nur eins dazu sagen, wenn man nicht unbedingt direkt am Meer sein will, ist die Villa ein absoluter Traum.....

Die Lage der Villa einfach nur ein Traum.........die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, nur ein bisschen wenig Besteck ist vorhanden und für acht Leute der Kühlschrank zu klein... Aber nichts was einem im Urlaub aufregt! Die Betreuung lässt zu wünschen übrig, Zwei Wochen nicht zu sehen und kein einziges Mal nachgefragt, ob alles OK ist. Aber der Service von My Istria sehr zu empfehlen, einfache Buchung, sehr schnelle Antworten per Email, sehr nette Mitarbeiter
