The charming family villa Karla is located near Rovinj and offers you and your loved ones everything you need for a perfect vacation. Your first look will be at the fantastic private pool as soon as you arrive at the villa.
But on the large property in a quiet location surrounded by nature, there is also plenty of space for the little guests to play. While you relax by the pool or swim your laps, you can always keep an eye on the little ones, who have a trampoline, table tennis, badminton and a small playground at their disposal. Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling old paintings. Discovering the beauties of Kanfanar area you will find an important cultural monument of worldwide cultural heritage – the medieval town of Dvigrad. Krmed is located in the region of Kanfanar & Bale. To the tourist sights, Rovinj and Pula and other highlights you are just a short drive away. Just a short drive away from the property you can find nearest beaches with a lot of quiet places to relax. Car is recommended.

Wir waren total zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Villa Karla hat alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Spielgeräten, Tischtennisplatte, Pool und Netzanlage. Der Ort ist auch sehr gut gelegen, es ist alles gut erreichbar. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen, die Vermieter sind sehr Hilfsbereit. Der Fleischerladen in dem der Mann arbeitet, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Villa Karla ist traumhaft. Ruhige Lage, top sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und einladend, genau wie auf den Bildern. Maria die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rovinj, Pula und Porec sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wunderschöner Urlaub mit Kind und Hund.
