The outdoor garden has watered green grass and a private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun. Villa Martina is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 6 cars and provides everything for a enjoyable holiday. It is in a walking distance to the shop and restaurant. Villa Martina is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. .

Beautiful Villa Martina is located in Štinjan, a charming little Istrian village on the south-western part of Istria. Nowadays this part of Istria attracts many tourists. It offers beautiful crystal-clear blue Adriatic Sea, untouched nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during summer months. From Fažana, just 3 km away from the Villa, you can take a boat and visit Brijuni Islands, a fabulous National Park. On Brijuni Islands you can play golf as well. Štinjan is located only 10 km away from Pula, a city with rich cultural heritage, well known for its Roman Amphitheatre. In a walking distance from the Villa Martina, except restaurant and shop, there is also a Horse club where you can experience horse riding in Istria…this natural beauty will give you a real pleasure. 500 m away from the Villa you can find a Tennis club and three good tended and iluminated tennis courts. Villa Martina is located near the sea.

Super schöne Villa mit allem was man braucht. Bei der Anreise hat uns der Vermieter Damir bereits freundlich empfangen, und uns die Villa gezeigt. Nach kurzen Unklarheiten bzgl. der Kaution wurde dies sehr schnell geklärt, wie auch Fragen während dem Urlaub wurden von Damir sehr schnell und zuverlässig bearbeitet. Lage sehr gut, ruhig gelegen aber doch nicht zu weit abseits. Es fliegen ab und zu Flugzeuge über die Villa, was aber keinesfalls stört (wir haben es sogar spannend empfunden, die Flugzeuge aus der Nähe im Landeanflug zu sehen). Das Haus ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, welche gut funktioniert und für ein angenehmes Klima beim Schlafen sorgt. Vielen Dank für alles, war eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Perfekt - mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Die Villa ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Vor allem der Kühlschrank mit dem Eiswürfelbereiter war eine tolle Sache und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Wir haben auch ausgiebig den Grill genutzt und selbstverständlich den Pool, der für mich das Beste war. Lange nicht mehr so viel Spass gehabt. Damir, der Vermieter, war auch sehr nett - alles ist pünktlich und nach Plan verlaufen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
