Beautiful villa with pool near Porec

If you are looking for accommodation near the tourist hotspot of Porec, beautiful Villa Vallis Aurea could be the perfect choice for you. This luxury villa can accommodate up to 10 persons which makes it perfect for larger families.

The villa is surrounded by a large and lush, carefully tended garden, where you can enjoy the peacefulness of a a small Istrian village. Here you will also find the villa´s private pool. On the inside, the property is no less impressive. On the open plan ground floor you can relax in the villa´s living room which is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Here you will also find one of the bedrooms as well as a bathroom. For those in the group that seek extra privacy, located on the ground floor is a separate apartment with its own living/dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find one more bathroom and 2 bedrooms, both equipped with their own balconies. First floor also has a cosy, charming gallery with sofa bed. However, the most interesting part of the villa is definitely the tower from where you can enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the surroundings. If you feel like spending time outside, from the ground floor you can directly access one of the villa´s covered terraces, ideal for dining al fresco.

Located in a peaceful location near Porec, yet only a short drive from the city centre, the villa is conveniently located for both those that prefer a relaxing holiday, as well as for those that like the hectic of a tourist town. In Porec you can find all kinds of entertainment, from sports activities to restaurants bars and nightclubs. Since Porec is a former Roman colony, the city is mostly know for its rich cultural heritage. The breathtaking Euphrasius-Basillica, currently under the protection of UNESCO, is probably the best indicator of the glory of the past eras. Medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar are only a short drive away. If you are interested in discovering more distant parts of Istria, the Brijuni islands and the Roman Amphitheatre in Pula are also easily reached from this region.

Anna und Klaus ein sehr herzliches Paar wurden mit kalten Getränken und Obst empfangen. Die Villa entspricht ihren Bildern und ist ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Für unsere 3 Hunde ist es hier ein Paradies. Die Lage ist toll und nicht weit weg gibt es sogar 3 Hundestrände am Meer. Die Klima funktioniert sehr gut unser Schlafzimmer ist ein Kühlschrank ^^ aber jeder wie er es einstellen möchte: :) Wir kommen gerne wieder

Everything was perfect, big clean villa, with everything you can dream of, regarding facilities. The host´s were very helpful, and very nice. If I am going to Croatia again, it´s going to be in this villa. Top stars from here. Nothing negative to say about this stay.

Wir waren im Juni 2018 zu sechst (3 Paare) plus Hund für zwei Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir wurden gleich bei der Anreise herzlich empfangen, es standen sogar schon kalte Getränke und etwas Obst für uns bereit, und auch unser Hund kam nicht zu kurz. Die Bilder auf der Homepage entsprechen absolut der Realität. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nicht weit von der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit den nötigsten Dingen, größere Einkäufe kann man mit dem Auto in 7-8 Minuten erledigen. Auch zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Die Gastgeber stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Fragen auftauchen sind sie jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir haben auch Tipps für Ausflüge, gute Lokale etc. bekommen. Ich denke, wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da! Vielen Dank!
